Sad to say I really, truly cannot recommend! Multiple times now they’ve put the gluten free sticker on my order and multiple times now there has still been stray noodles in the dish! They may understand in principle how to cook gluten free food, but they truly do not understand how to take cross contact precautions. Throwing up tonight was the last straw. Eat at your own risk, it’s just not reliable or consistent enough with cross contact precautions for people with celiac/severe allergies.

Order through door dash so I was a little hesitant but everything was separate and freaking delicious I couldn’t tell you how long I’ve had Chinese food Definitely worth it and 100% hit the spot

Staff was incredibly knowledgeable. GF menu & certain GF space including different plates. Just make sure you let your server know you’re ordering GF. Also, they have GF soy sauce which is a huge plus
Yes
No reaction, staff friendly and knowledgeable, even a gluten free menu just for me!! Highly recommend. A little too pricey tbh.
Had a terrible reaction after, would not recommend

Best Mongolian beef and fried rice I’ve had! This place gets super busy and is maybe a little understaffed, so don’t go if in a hurry but was sooooo good and don’t get sick at all! Egg drop soup was delish as well.
Yes
The. Best. So many options and safe! Knowledgeable and friendly!
Yes
Celiac safe! Lots of options and food comes on a special plate indicating it is gluten free.
Yes
Their GF options are delicious and pretty plentiful, but make sure you tell them right off the bat that you can't have gluten. We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, but if you don't say "gluten free" explicitly they will bring you the lettuce wraps that have gluten.
Chinese in Nashville is not that great, making pf changs one of the best Chinese restaurants around. They have a fairly good GF menu and were careful with preparation and service. They have gf soy sauce. They have a gf desert. Just wish they had more gf soup options - as I miss hot and sour soup!
I had never been to a PF Changs before but I really wanted Chinese. I didn't feel safe ordering form a local place. The Chinese food in Nashville kind of sucks anyway.
I read online that PFC has a great gluten free menu. I figured we'd give it a shot.
It was actually really good! The food is safely and carefully prepared and comes out on special plates so you know they're paying attention. I thought that was really interesting. I had egg drop soup and chicken fried rice. We didn't have room for dessert, but they had two gluten free options we may try next time! I'm glad we decided to stop by here. My stomach feels totally fine and the food was tasty. So I'm calling this one a success.

Amazing good selection of gluten free items and safe separate handling of food.
Have eaten here several times and they are extremely accomodating. GF food comes on out a special plate. I've never had any trouble! Chicken lettuce wraps and fried rice are great.

I ate at this location back in August and forgot to review. Had the combo fried rice and it was great! Told the waitress up front that I needed gluten free and she was very accommodating. Even made sure I had gf soy sauce. I've seen the other bad reviews from around the same time I ate there. Hate that these folks got sick because I had a really good experience.
If you have Celiac STAY AWAY! My husband and I made reservations to celebrate our anniversary late and it was our first night out in a year! I informed them when I made the reservations that I had celiac. I informed our waitress that I had celiac, needed the GF food to be prepared separately. She appeared to know what I was talking about and assured me they deal with this all of the time. My husband who is not celiac even ordered from the GF menu so there would be no confusion or problems. The food and service was good. The next morning though, I woke up to realize I have been glutened! Severely. I know this is a risk I take every time we eat out, but it is now day 2 and I am still terribly sick. I reached out to our Celiac support association who said to contact the Manager at that location. I am upset and disappointed that what was supposed to be a fun and memorable night was ruined by gluten.

I gave it a star because I had no choice. The waiter was rude. He skipped my order because he thought my friend was ordering for all of us and when I told him no because I'm gf he comments well rice is gf. Not with the stuff on it. So then my beef fries rice comes and it was so hard I couldn't chew it at all so he tells me it's the type if steak, blah, blah, blah. I eat at PF Chang at a different location many a time and never experienced anything like this! I'm a high risk pregnancy so I didn't get too ugly with him because I can't afford the stress level. Even the children with us were taken back by the rudeness and the manger never stopped by our table once he circled all the other ones. I'll go to the one in Franklin from now on!!!!!!
Great meal like every PF Changs I've been to
Favorite celiac-friendly chain!!! Have never gotten sick here and the food is delicious!
Yes
My most trusted GF restaurant anywhere and I get the same experience at every location I've visited so far, even outside Nashville. Combo fried rice!

This was my first time at a P.F. Chang’s. I ordered the spicy chicken dish (sorry, can’t remember its exact name) with white rice. I asked the waitress if they use a separate fryer for gf, and she assured me they do. My food came out on a red-rimmed plate, indicating it is gf. It was delicious and I felt fine after eating it.

If you are dairy free as well, this location is not for you. Didn’t realize until we were there that they use a milk powder on all their meats so the only thing I could safely eat gf/df was the pad Thai. It was fine, but not something I usually eat there and my stomach did bother me afterwards.
