Not as good a location as we're used to. The decor is outdated, the food less tasty and the portions smaller than normal. Disappointing location.

Ordered the GF lettuce wraps and GF spicy chicken. Was in the bathroom all night; I wonder if the chicken was in a shared fryer. I have been to other PF Changs and the GF food comes out on a different colored plate; this did not.

Loved that they had a GF menu that had a variety of choices. They also offered to print a special menu to help cross reference any other allergies I may have had. I had the chicken Pad-Thai, which was full of flavor. I will definitely go back.

Very good the gf pork fried rice and Mongolian beef are excellent! The gf steak and broccoli lacked in flavor. Service was mediocre and atmosphere was nothing to write home about. Second visit we got the Mongolian beef and pork fried rice to go and the rice had a little less flavor but still yummy! I have celiacs and did not have a reaction on either visit and they even packed gluten free soy sauce with my to go order!

I ordered the gluten free lettuce wraps and spicy chicken. Lettuce wraps did come back gluten free in my Nima Sensor but the gluten free spicy chicken did not. I suspect they may have a shared fryer that the chicken goes into. Explained very sensitive celiac and what not, waiter was great otherwise.

I was able to get the ginger chicken with broccoli and a side of the fried rice prepared gluten free. It was not good. No flavor & an over abundance of broccoli. Cooked properly but no seasoning or taste. My husband got the kung pao chicken prepared normal and had the same experience with no flavor. He did get the Organic Agave Margherita and that was amazing! The server was nice.

Our waiter asked about any allergies before we had a chance to mention that one in our party had Celiac. They were very alert to our needs and answered all our questions. The food was delicious, too.

PF Chang’s are a blessing while we travel. The food is always great and the knowledge of the staff is always A+.

Large gluten free menu. Food prepared in a separate area. Excellent service.

Separate GF menu. Had the beef lunch with brown rice. Delicious and no tummy issues. GF food comes out on a circular plate whereas the regular beef dish that my friend got did not. Very attentive.
waitress was awesome, very knowledgeable.

Terrible experience here. Waitress didn't understand at all, was rude, and my food was awful (uncooked tofu coated in a gummy bear). Only reason I give it two stars is that the manager made it right after the fact.
Excellent. Ate last night and am perfectly fine. I am super sensitive with Celiac Disease- doesn't take much for me to be really sick. I am happy with their service and attention to my needs. Will eat at this location again.

Very poor choice of gf options

Dedicated GF menu. I had the lettuce wraps and fried rice - both of which were delicious. I didn't have any reaction. I didn't have room for dessert but they had GF opinions which was nice. My food came out from the kitchen on special plates and the server was knowledgeable.

I love the amount of choices for gluten free. Servers are knowledgeable and helpful. They have gluten free soy sauce which is always a huge plus, and more than 1 dessert option! I always love everything I try here and have never gotten sick.

Food is always good. I've never gotten sick.

Although the food is delicious and this used to be one of our favorite places to go we have removed it from our list. My boyfriend has celiacs and the past few times we have ordered all gluten free items he has gotten sick. It makes us sad it's not celiac safe.

This restaurant is safe for celiacs, the server informed me that they have a separate part of the kitchen designated for gluten free. Great options, good food... I've never gotten sick and I'm extremely sensitive .
Ordered the lettuce wraps and the Mongolian beef. They even serve all the gluten free sauces in red ramekins. I had been craving Chinese food and it was awesome!
Great gluten free menu Great service-- knowledgeable about gluten I had the gluten free shrimp fried rice-- wow was it good. The portion was enough for 2 people-- I did no get sick at all

Plenty of gluten free options clearly marked on the menu. Our waitress was very good about repeating my order back and saying “Gluten Free Fried Rice” etc.
Very yummy!

2018: The one time we dined in I got sick, So we get food to go and haven’t had a problem. When I did get sick we spoke to a manager and she made sure to go the extra mile and monitors the kitchen more closely now. Update: 5/2024 hubby treated me to gluten free fried rice for teacher appreciation week (love my job!) and unfortunately there must’ve been some gluten in there. We have visited here a couple times per year and this is the second time I have been glutened so unfortunately I will not be back. Tums are a true friend right now.

I asked our server on two separate occasions about how they prepare the food and they both told us they prepare the gluten free dishes in a separate area of the kitchen. They have gluten free soy sauce packets as well if you ask. I come here regularly and the food is good. Gluten free dishes come out on a different colored plate too.
