We had a delicious gluten free lunch.

Nima tested. GF Lettuce Wraps contained gluten. The server had the lettuce wraps made again with special attention to prep; tested with Gluten again. However, street noodles, fried rice and Mongolian beef all tested GF. The manager was perplexed and cannot figure out where the cross contamination is coming from on the lettuce wraps.
This PF Chang’s location is either not gluten free or just careless and have no concern about gluten free preparation skill. I ate here a few times and got gluten every single time. Stay away from the this place. Go to PF Chang’s at LA Cantera they are definitely gluten and very knowledgeable. They really do take great precaution. I been eating there once a week for the past few years and never had and issue. Highly recommend.
Specially ordered gluten free, halfway through my appetizer, the server runs out saying he brought me the wrong one, it was not gluten free. Very disappointed

Great service! Awesome selection! They were very careful about gluten free items. Very knowledgable. Great place to go!

I have eaten at this location multiple times and they have not only done an amazing job at keeping everything extremely gluten free and paying attention to my other food allergies, but they also have been very attentive to my kids' needs. For example, making custom kiddie drinks with cherries and getting our food out fast. I have had great success with GF takeout here, too. They have a great allergy matrix, and they can custom make anything, really.

I will not eat at PF Changs again!! I have tried it several times and was very sick after eating gluten free entree before I even walked out of the restaurant.

I was warned off this location. lots of turn over means poor training. heard some complaints about planted noodles (poisoning gf diners).

I ate at P.F. Chang's in Las Vegas and it was amazing so when I came home I thought I would give it a try here. Oh boy!! Our waitress was incredibly nice but the kitchen didn't pay any attention to my GLUTEN FREE order. I was sick before we left. My intestines have shut down and I'm in lots bloated pain. We will not be going back and I will be calling the manager.

A gluten-free Chinese restaurant, with a g-f Menu and with trained, informed wait and kitchen staff -- top off these attributes with consistently delicious food. P.F.Chang's is a winner for everyone who dines there and is a special treat for Celiacs!
Good for gluten-free. Good for vegetarians. Not good for gluten-free vegetarians. Steamed veggies and brown rice was all they could do.
tasty tasty! love this place especially the singapore street noodles and chang’s spicy chicken! never been sick, i’ve been to multiple of the chains.

This was my first time at a P.F. Chang’s. I ordered the spicy chicken dish (sorry, can’t remember its exact name) with white rice. I asked the waitress if they use a separate fryer for gf, and she assured me they do. My food came out on a red-rimmed plate, indicating it is gf. It was delicious and I felt fine after eating it.

If you are dairy free as well, this location is not for you. Didn’t realize until we were there that they use a milk powder on all their meats so the only thing I could safely eat gf/df was the pad Thai. It was fine, but not something I usually eat there and my stomach did bother me afterwards.
