This location is fantastic with handling celiac. I called and spoke with the restaurant and they take excellent precautions in the kitchen. When you let them know you have celiac, they mark the order as allergy - the kitchen has a separate space for prepping gluten free meals. I ordered the pizza, and they said the use a gluten free cauliflower crust, fresh toppings, it goes in a one inch pan that doesn’t touch other pizzas, they cut it with its own cutter. If you order a salad, they use separate bowls/tongs etc. they said the kitchen has separate cooking prep for all gluten free meals. You can also order a few things on the menu that aren’t marked (baked instead of fried). I had the Royal Hawaiian and it was incredible.

Clayton was SO helpful answering questions and recommending modifications. If you request to be seated in his section, you will not be disappointed!!!
Freezer burnt bun in my hamburger. A little disappointing for a chain.
Offer many items on their menu as gluten free and is clearly marked. Waitress seemed genuinely concerned to make sure everything on my plate was gluten free. They don’t have a large up charge for gluten free over regular prices. I am celiac but because I am not gluten sensitive I couldn’t tell you if there was any cross contamination.

The menu has “gluten wise” options including cauliflower pizza crust and GF buns. I had a veggie GF pizza. My waitress had celiac and eats there successfully. They make the pizza in a separate area and it’s own its own pan.

i feel safe here! i haven't been glutened here before, staff knows a lot about it, and the gluten free food always comes out on its own (not on a tray with gluten products)

So far is the only place we trust in cornwall with gluten free.
Downside is that there aren't many GF options.
My wife and 4 year old daughter with celiac always get the pizza and we haven't had any issues to date.
