Not Celiac-safe; I got sick with the cauliflower crust pizza, and we even informed them it was allergy-related prior.

I ordered online and it was very easy! You can specify if you need gluten free (along with other dietary needs) and the menu will pop-up with only things you can eat.

Delicious food, but cross contaminated. They have a gluten free crust, but seem to use the same topping utensils and spoons. I do not consider this a safe place to eat. Cut your losses and make your own pizza.

They offer Both a cauliflower crust And a regular gluten-free crust. They put a red sticker on your order showing that it is gluten-free. They change their gloves and they have a dedicated gluten-free sauce so that it doesn’t touch the other sauce that has touched the regular pizza dough. The texture and flavor of the gluten-free dough is very very good. This restaurant is comparable to MOD Pizza. But given the choice over both of them I would choose blaze Pizza.

Yes
They cross contaminate to much. They use the same cutter for the gluten free as they do for regular.
I was served by a guy there that was celiac and I have to say this was the best celiac-aware staff and food service I’ve ever had. Switched gloves, cleaned spaces, switched utensils and used a dedicated gluten free dough press.
Yes
The GF crust is good if eaten fresh. The staff is knowledgeable about changing gloves, and they use a separate surface to roll out the crust. I have not suffered any ill effects.
It’s weird because they go pretty far. They’ll change their gloves. They do their GF crusts on different pans, if you ask- they have a separate sauce they’ll use just for the GF crusts. The other ingredients though, cross contamination everywhere.
No
They always do glove changes for my two celiac kids. One has a dairy allergy too and they have never gotten sick!

Typically staff will comply with a glove change and use separate utensils and ingredients from below, but I've had a couple of instances where I've communicated my intolerance and staff have looked me in the face and asked "Is it ok if I don't actually accommodate" or "do you actually need this"? Needless to say, I got sick. More recently even when they followed protocol I still got glutenated.

Good experience here - person who took order made the person who made my GF crust pizza change gloves, and they used a special mat under the pizza in the oven. But of course he had the usual “we cannot guarantee …” disclaimer. No GF dessert options though.

Don’t trust this place!!!! SO MUCH CROSS CONTAMINATION it’s a nightmare. And if you tell them it’s an allergy: prepare for a staff temper tantrum. Unreal. I threw my pizza away rather than risk getting sick.

Pizza was great however, cross contamination has me nervous. I saw the employee handling regular dough hand the gal that was going to make my GF pizza the black liner. I called it out and asked to please have a glove change with a new liner. They did it with no questions asked. Gal got sauce from a different area. All seemed great. Then the employee that got my pizza out of the oven placed my pizza down. When he moved it the black liner wasn't completely covering the table where part of my pizza was placed. Unfortunately, I will be the next test subject of possible cross contamination at Blaze Pizza.
