Their GF crust and sauces are good but they appear to do very little for cross contamination. Goes in the same oven with gluten crust, uses the same pizza cutter for everything.

Wanted so badly to like this place, however it was not celiac friendly. They had a gf crust and separate sauce but the cooking procedures were NOT good my pizza had multiple cross contaminations. Was not able to eat what I ordered.

Didn’t get sick. They get sauce from a different container. They get the toppings from underneath counter as the regular toppings. Had to ask for a different person to open all the doors to this area so the person handling toppings didn’t get my pizza cc. They use a mat under gf pizza in oven. I also requested clean pizza cutter and watched at the cutting bar. They do make a good pizza.

Great food, and they did a great job not cross-contaminating until the end. The slicer ran off the edges of the pizza and paper onto the racks where the regular pizza is prepared.

They have a great home made crust! It's crispy with an actual raised edge. Really great service, we saw the girl who took the order follow through making sure the workers changed gloves. Everything was great.

Love the variety of toppings! Just make sure to tell them you need full GF and they will change gloves, separate the pizza in the oven, etc. Will definitely go back!
Very good pizza, we went twice while in RC. One time was a slightly better experience but we'd go again for sure.
Just went there with my son who has celiac...the staff was extremely helpful and took every precaution. Would highly recommend it!
I have celiac and they are very careful with their stuff. Gluten fee crust and only thing not gluten free is the meatballs. Very good!

Typically staff will comply with a glove change and use separate utensils and ingredients from below, but I've had a couple of instances where I've communicated my intolerance and staff have looked me in the face and asked "Is it ok if I don't actually accommodate" or "do you actually need this"? Needless to say, I got sick. More recently even when they followed protocol I still got glutenated.

Good experience here - person who took order made the person who made my GF crust pizza change gloves, and they used a special mat under the pizza in the oven. But of course he had the usual “we cannot guarantee …” disclaimer. No GF dessert options though.

Don’t trust this place!!!! SO MUCH CROSS CONTAMINATION it’s a nightmare. And if you tell them it’s an allergy: prepare for a staff temper tantrum. Unreal. I threw my pizza away rather than risk getting sick.

Pizza was great however, cross contamination has me nervous. I saw the employee handling regular dough hand the gal that was going to make my GF pizza the black liner. I called it out and asked to please have a glove change with a new liner. They did it with no questions asked. Gal got sauce from a different area. All seemed great. Then the employee that got my pizza out of the oven placed my pizza down. When he moved it the black liner wasn't completely covering the table where part of my pizza was placed. Unfortunately, I will be the next test subject of possible cross contamination at Blaze Pizza.
