Gloves were changed before touching gluten-free dough and equipment was wiped down. Still a chance for crossover. They also have vegan cheese for those going dairy-free.

BE CAREFUL!! Usually I’m a Blaze lover. They have the best GF pizza I’ve ever had. After a long day my husband and I went to Blaze on Lamar for a late dinner. All but 2 workers seemed to know what was going on. While checking out the worker was very rude and didn’t say a word to me or my husband. He was the one to take my GF pizza out of the oven and when he took it out he cross contaminated it. My husband tried to bring this to his attention and asked him to remake it. The worker then took the cross contaminated pizza to the other works and they got in a group, talked and looked at us. Then a woman worker came over and very rudely asked “what’s the problem” and tried to explain that that’s how they cut the pizza. We left after she made a big deal about remaking a pizza because I couldn’t eat it. We went to a different Blaze who made my pizza perfectly. No cross contamination at all.

They have two gluten-free crust options. I opted for the cauliflower crust (recommended by the server) and it was OUTSTANDING! Easily the crispiest gluten-free crust I've tried. I did the "build-your-own" pizza and picked items I knew I could eat. It was so good. I will definitely be back!

they offer gluten free crust and take steps in the pizza making process to avoid cross contamination. change gloves, different ladles for sauce, they even put it on it's own mat when in the oven. I have never had any reaction from eating here
They use to serve a gf crust but no longer offer it. They only offer cauliflower crust. I’m not Keto so that personally is very disappointing.
They always do glove changes for my two celiac kids. One has a dairy allergy too and they have never gotten sick!

Typically staff will comply with a glove change and use separate utensils and ingredients from below, but I've had a couple of instances where I've communicated my intolerance and staff have looked me in the face and asked "Is it ok if I don't actually accommodate" or "do you actually need this"? Needless to say, I got sick. More recently even when they followed protocol I still got glutenated.

Good experience here - person who took order made the person who made my GF crust pizza change gloves, and they used a special mat under the pizza in the oven. But of course he had the usual “we cannot guarantee …” disclaimer. No GF dessert options though.

Don’t trust this place!!!! SO MUCH CROSS CONTAMINATION it’s a nightmare. And if you tell them it’s an allergy: prepare for a staff temper tantrum. Unreal. I threw my pizza away rather than risk getting sick.

Pizza was great however, cross contamination has me nervous. I saw the employee handling regular dough hand the gal that was going to make my GF pizza the black liner. I called it out and asked to please have a glove change with a new liner. They did it with no questions asked. Gal got sauce from a different area. All seemed great. Then the employee that got my pizza out of the oven placed my pizza down. When he moved it the black liner wasn't completely covering the table where part of my pizza was placed. Unfortunately, I will be the next test subject of possible cross contamination at Blaze Pizza.
