Ordered on Door Dash. Had no reaction afterwards. Pretty decent pizza too.

I had to tell three staff members about the allergy because they were communicating with each other. The lack of care for cross contamination was so obvious that I ended up walking out.

They ask if it’s an allergy or preference and do change gloves but that’s where it stops. Same utensils for sauce and toppings, then they put it directly on the same cooking surface as the regular crust. From there it gets pulled out and cut on the same surface using the same slicer. I’ll be sick I’m sure.

Celiac friendly. Cross contamination possible because of the oven and person making your food. Never had an issue but you never know. Awesome variety of crusts and toppings!
Yes
Gluten free crust. They switched out the sauces/spoons etc. They have an allergen list behind the counter, just ask if you have any concerns! This is a shared kitchen so contamination is possible. This celiac did not get sick though! The white specialty pizza was delicious!
I eat here all the time with no problems. They ask you to specify if it’s a gluten allergy or preference and they put the GF crust on a silicone mat to cook separately. They even use separate utensils and sauce buckets. Love it for a quick meal.
Yes
Everything is cross contaminated!!! If you are celiac don’t even bother. All the toppings are used for gluten pizzas as well.

Normally dont write restaurant reviews, but I was so impressed by Blaze! Its an assembly line style pizza place- they took GF seriously from the beginning, preparing it on a separate silicone mat, changing gloves, alerting me of any ingredients that would have touched gluten pizzas (sauce brush), and using a dedicated cutter and tongs. (Oh and it was delicious!!) Highly recommend!
They got that gluten free pizza crust
Gf crust is yummy and $3 more. Staff was very knowledgeable about the allergy, changed their gloves, used a separate sauce container and had the crust pressed separately. Looked like there are a few gf salad options too. Very impressed.
Yes
Excellent! Gluten free dough available and they automatically put it on a separate plate before putting it into the press to prevent any cross contamination. Will ask right away if you need a glove change as well, everyone on the line handling your pizza will do it! Very helpful and patient and the pizza taste great.
They always do glove changes for my two celiac kids. One has a dairy allergy too and they have never gotten sick!

Typically staff will comply with a glove change and use separate utensils and ingredients from below, but I've had a couple of instances where I've communicated my intolerance and staff have looked me in the face and asked "Is it ok if I don't actually accommodate" or "do you actually need this"? Needless to say, I got sick. More recently even when they followed protocol I still got glutenated.

Good experience here - person who took order made the person who made my GF crust pizza change gloves, and they used a special mat under the pizza in the oven. But of course he had the usual “we cannot guarantee …” disclaimer. No GF dessert options though.

Don’t trust this place!!!! SO MUCH CROSS CONTAMINATION it’s a nightmare. And if you tell them it’s an allergy: prepare for a staff temper tantrum. Unreal. I threw my pizza away rather than risk getting sick.

Pizza was great however, cross contamination has me nervous. I saw the employee handling regular dough hand the gal that was going to make my GF pizza the black liner. I called it out and asked to please have a glove change with a new liner. They did it with no questions asked. Gal got sauce from a different area. All seemed great. Then the employee that got my pizza out of the oven placed my pizza down. When he moved it the black liner wasn't completely covering the table where part of my pizza was placed. Unfortunately, I will be the next test subject of possible cross contamination at Blaze Pizza.
