The waitress was new, so I don’t think she could properly communicate gluten-free needs with the kitchen. It took a long time to get a gluten free menu and a while for her to go back and forth to the kitchen. Eventually another woman (I’m assuming manager?) came over to help and gave me a menu. While the service was blah, the food was great and I wasn’t contaminated 👍

Used to come here without issue a LOT for their gluten free menu, but quality and care has been slipping a lot over the last year. Ended up hospitalized within 4 hours of my last visit, likely from our server bringing a normal desert rather than gluten free as specified.

My favorite place to eat GF! They have a large “gluten sensitive” menu that you can find on their website. They even have a GF cookie skillet for dessert! I’ve eaten here many times and never had any issues. The BBQ chicken pizza is my favorite.

Have had positive experiences at other locations, but was very sick within an hour of eating here. Had the pizza and a cider. Cider came from a dedicated line per server.
Menu itself now marks “gluten sensitive” so I’d say corporate is doing some CYA.

Had great gluten free pizza and gluten free dessert! Made the server aware of my celiacs and he made sure that the chef was aware to not cross contaminate. The experience was fantastic.

Staff seemed knowledgeable and server said chef was aware of celiac disease and the need for no cross contamination but I was very sick within the hour of eating here.

Love the food here! Huge GF menu and even GF dessert!!! I go here on a regular basis.

I actually work at this restaurant and they do a fantastic job of keeping everything separate and there is a large Gf menu
Yes
I asked the server about the fries being cooked separately or crossed with other fried foods. He said the fries were cooked separately & “other people are fine” … they are coated in flour. Very uneducated with allergies.

Had their gluten free BBQ chicken flat bread and their GF cheese burger. Blown away! The flat bread didn't taste like gf at all and the bun on the burger was the best I've had in a long time. And!!! It was my birthday and was able to get their pizza cookie!! Soooo delicious. All gf! Best experience.

There is a separate GF menu. The staff is knowledgeable and the person who delivered my meal also has celiac. I have a pepper and potato allergy as well as gluten. A person from the kitchen came out to confirm my order. I felt safe and the food was very good.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well both my waitress and the kitchen staff understood the need to avoid cross-contamination in the kitchen with my food! The food was carefully made under the head cooks guidance, they marked it, and brought it out separately to ensure that nothing would happen to it while preparing other foods. My hamburger was delicious and I even enjoyed the gluten free bun they gave me!
Best of all, I never once got sick from it after we left! I'd go back again!

I went to Bj’s Brewhouse and had the Baja bowl with only vegetables. About 30 minutes after eating I got very ill. I’ve eaten there a few other times, but had pizza or salad. I didn’t get sick any of those times.
