Preface: I have a non-celiac gluten intolerance. I don't have gut issues with gluten, instead my joints will ache so badly I want to cut limbs off. I am HIGHLY sensitive, I usually can't even eat anything that's processed in the same factory as items that contain gluten.
That being said we are on vacation and I took a chance on BJs because they have many items marked as GF. The waitress recommended the cauliflower crust pizza because she thought it tasted better than regular, and customers love it. She wasn't wrong! I got BBQ chicken on the cauliflower crust and it was SO good. I was concerned because I forgot to ask if they use separate equipment for baking their GF pizzas. I also had an entire GF pazookie to myself and not only did it still taste amazing, I'm well into the next day and I haven't even had a twinge of joints aching- which is huge! Generally I'll start reacting within hours of eating gluten.
Obviously it's still a shared kitchen so cross contamination is going to be a risk but I'm glad I took a chance this time! And our waitress Kayla B was so awesome and helpful, and super understanding with our ND kiddo.

Can't say if there are issues with cross contamination- always read website disclaimers, but we tried the pizza and it was awesome!
Besides the long wait for our food, everything was delicious. In fact, BJ’s gluten free pizza was one of the best Kris and I ever had.
The salads weren’t outstanding, typical restaurant starter salads.
I got the House Salad with Italian dressing while Kris had the Wedge Salad.
But the pizza was SO good. Thin crust with melt-y fontina cheese topped with sweet caramelized onions and grilled Portobello mushrooms. Gosh I want some right now!
Now for the Pizookie! I personally loved it, but that’s because I have a major sweet tooth, actually Kris calls it an extreme sweet tooth :P hehehe. The Pizookie was a bit overcooked, but I’m not complaining.
It was a great deal for the two of us to fill our tummies with some quality gfree pizza.
Up to now (5 yrs since diagnosis) this is the best GF pizza I have had!!
I asked the server about the fries being cooked separately or crossed with other fried foods. He said the fries were cooked separately & “other people are fine” … they are coated in flour. Very uneducated with allergies.

Had their gluten free BBQ chicken flat bread and their GF cheese burger. Blown away! The flat bread didn't taste like gf at all and the bun on the burger was the best I've had in a long time. And!!! It was my birthday and was able to get their pizza cookie!! Soooo delicious. All gf! Best experience.

There is a separate GF menu. The staff is knowledgeable and the person who delivered my meal also has celiac. I have a pepper and potato allergy as well as gluten. A person from the kitchen came out to confirm my order. I felt safe and the food was very good.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well both my waitress and the kitchen staff understood the need to avoid cross-contamination in the kitchen with my food! The food was carefully made under the head cooks guidance, they marked it, and brought it out separately to ensure that nothing would happen to it while preparing other foods. My hamburger was delicious and I even enjoyed the gluten free bun they gave me!
Best of all, I never once got sick from it after we left! I'd go back again!

I went to Bj’s Brewhouse and had the Baja bowl with only vegetables. About 30 minutes after eating I got very ill. I’ve eaten there a few other times, but had pizza or salad. I didn’t get sick any of those times.
