Yo! Sushi

Sushi place in an airport. Asked and they had an allergen guide under the desk at the register. Only two sushi items were free of gluten, one a tray with salmon roll with sashimi and salmon sushi and another was a tray with only sashimi. The rest had stuff sprinkled on it that looked like fried onion. Was grateful they had an allergen guide and dud ok with the first option.
