Food was standard Mexican chain restaurant - ok and reasonably priced. Once I identified myself as celiac, a manager came over to take my order and explain the precautions that would be taken. There is a separate GF menu that (unusually) is divided into two - food suitable for celiacs and food suitable for those with a gluten intolerance. There is not a dedicated fryer and so and fried foods were in they latter category. It was clear the restaurant took gluten seriously and I felt safe eating there.

We are here the other day and there were 0 problems.
The food was amazing and the staff was super nice!
They knew about celiac and they cook gluten-free food separately. They do cook some things in a shared frier but it is said in the menu really clearly which ones they are and that there may be cross-contamination on those ones. So there is no need to worry about cross-contamination with the other food!
Totally recommend going here because the food was the best. (It was a bit spicy but not a lot) 5/5

They were very thorough and careful regarding allergies/celiac. They had a full gluten free menu and labeled my order as allergy. Very safe and comforting!

I visited this location twice on holiday in December and once this week and all experiences have been great! The menu is well labeled and even notes which items that are fried in a cross contaminated fryer. The manager takes the order and checks it before going to the table to ensure that proper allergy protocols have been used, they told me if it doesn’t have an allergy flag DO NOT eat it. This time I ordered the Pork Tacos and the Beef Gringa tacos, both were outstanding and would recommend to anyone who dines here.

I loved eating here! The manager sat me, and when I asked for a gluten free menu he immediately asked if it was allergy or preference. Everything I ate came out with an allergy tag, and he said that managers are the only ones allowed to handle allergy marked food. I had pico and tortilla chips (which I was assured were safe), he clarified the modifications he was making to make sure my food was safe, and the menu even clarified the difference between celiac and preference safe food. Definitely stop by at Paddington!

Went for lunch. Met the standards of the chain which is very focused on gluten allergies. GF isn’t marked on the main menu but there is a dedicated sub-menu showing the GF options and the risk of contamination options (mostly deep fried options). Employees take allergies very (almost too) seriously. The available food appears to be exactly the same as non-GF, only marked. Really enjoyed it here.

I had a great experience eating here. I told the server I was celiac. He brought a gluten free menu and had the manager come and specifically help me with my order. The food was tasty and marked with a flag that said “Allergy”.
