Having to update— despite precautions I believe they take, there’s just too much cross-contamination for a sensitive celiac. I have gotten cross-contaminated twice (I tried to give it a second shot). Really sad to bid this place goodbye.

One of the best places for GF Pizza! Lots of dairy free options as well. They go above and beyond in preventing cross contamination. If you are in Nashville, go to Midtown and check this place out. Phenomenal! Confirmed gluten free on my NIMA.

I emailed and was told: “We do use the same sauce, cheese, toppings etc. but we have a separate cutter and plates. We use cornmeal to cover our normal dough, so exposure to flour is fairly minimal.
Not good enough for me when there are a ton of other places in the area. Getting sick just isn’t worth it. Appreciated his honesty though!

The gluten free pizza crust was some of the best i have ever had. I told them I had severe celiac and they cleaned everything for me. I would highly recommend this place! The meatballs do contain gluten (which they told me) just as a heads up for topping choices! :)

Gluten free crust is delicious! You can get small 4 slices or med 6 slices It is nice to have options! The pizza combinations are great!
Yes
Gluten free pizza is pretty thin and tiny but had a good flavor.
We love Two Boots! I grab a gluten free Newman pizza here about once every other week and I've never gotten sick eating here. The pizza is great and the dough doesn't taste like sandy garbage or chewy cardboard. It's actually really decent. It even reheats well the next day. One of my absolute go-to places by my house.
Some of the best pizza with the most unique combinations I've ever tried. The gluten free crust is delicious and you cannot tell its gluten free. We had the Mr. Pink which was a tad spicy but very good. You have the option to build your own pizza or pick a pre made in medium or large. Only about three toppings are unavailable as they contain gluten. The crust was thin and crisp. My daughter who is highly allergic did not get sick either time we ate here. The staff was very knowledgeable.
Yes
They advertise gluten free pizza and that they make it on a separate tray. That is true.
They have a shared cook space, they ladle the sauce from the same bucket as all the other pizzas which touch gluten dough. The same bucket of cheese. There were no gloves or hand washing used in between pizzas. The same pizza cutter was used as gluten pizzas.
This place might be trendy gluten free but anyone with an allergy will get VERY sick. Do NOT recommend

Admittedly, I’ve never been big on pizza but after being diagnosed I randomly started craving it. Two Boots doesn’t offer the best pizza but it’s also not the worst around. I mostly go here because they offer both gluten free and dairy free pizza, a seemingly rare combination that checks off all my boxes.
I can’t speak to other locations, but this one cross contaminates. However, I’ve found that the cross contamination tends to be worse when ordering non-gf pizzas with my gf one. If you don’t want to get sick, I’d recommend ordering in person and asking them to change their gloves and be extra careful to keep everything separate.

Pizza was good but not celiac safe! Sadly I am now sick after eating my “gf” pizza. Very upset.

Maybe it would have been better fresh and not delivered. But it was terrible! Didn’t care for the toppings or the crust.
