I've gone to several True Foods around the country and have never had an issue. I usually still play it safe & always get the Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl with Chicken.

I had a great meal today here. Server was very knowledgeable about gluten-free options and had suggestions. Meals are noted with gf symbols. I & my daughter had the hummus with gf pita. My daughter love MY gf pita more than hers. No after-meal reactions. Yay!!

Enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. The menu changes throughout the year, but items were clearly marked gluten free. The waiter was knowledgeable about gluten free and celiac. Another person (maybe a manager?) brought out my food and reiterated that it was gluten free. The kitchen can be somewhat seen through windows at one end of the restaurant, and it was interesting watching them prepare the food.

I’ve eaten at true foods in California and they’ve always taken my allergy seriously, and I figured I’d have the same experience here. My family and I ordered a gluten free pizza to share and our waiter asked if I had an allergy or if it was preference, I said allergy. We get served our pizza and I ALWAYS double check, but this time I didn’t just because we clearly went over my allergy. Well, after I’ve had 3 pieces, the manager comes over telling me they forgot to enter it as gluten free and my allergy and served me a glutened pizza. Horrible. I was petrified. The staff was nice but the waiter never even apologized and this isn’t just a mistake you can make. Never going back and I would avoid.

We did curbside pickup for a piece of chocolate cake. I was expecting a larger piece for the price we paid, but it was still delicious. I didn't get sick and I'm extremely sensitive. Next time we'll have to eat food here. I probably won't get dessert here again due to the price. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Very good, safe food. Best GF pizza I’ve ever had, and it was even vegan which was a bonus considering I can’t tolerate much dairy. The brussel sprouts and cauliflower appetizers were also very good.

With Dr. Andrew Weil being a co-founder, I knew it was going to be healthy AND delicious! My daughter and I have Celiac, so it’s nice to be able to eat somewhere where the staff is knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination risks. I have been following the Autoimmune Protocol and they had options for me as well. I had a lettuce wrapped grass fed burger with sweet potato hash. The patty was very tasty and juicy. The sweet potato has was also good. My daughter had the the grass fed burger on a gluten free bun (NOTE: there is a $2.50 up charge for a GF bun, which we were not made aware of until we got our bill) They offer drinks, smoothies, teas and detox drinks as well. They also had a gluten free butternut squash pie. I skipped dessert this time because is was not AIP compliant, but look Forward to trying it once I start reintroducing new foods. It was a bit pricey compared to other places ($38) that was for water and 2 burgers and sweet potato fries. Overall, we enjoyed our food. The interior is simple and beautiful, just like the food! They also have nice dining outside. Valet parking and reservations are also available.
Muchas opciones (el menú se encuentra marcado y ellos también puede acomodarlo para que sea gluten free). La predisposición del personal fue excelente. Cómo rico

Server was knowledgeable and made sure to write down my allergy. I ordered the vegetarian burrito bowl. A separate waiter brought my food and confirmed the meal was marked for a gluten allergy. Server gave us a free gluten free chocolate cake dessert as well!

Been here many times love the food. It can be a bit pricey but the gluten free options are worth it. They have gluten free options on the menu and the manager will personally hand to you so you know it's gluten free. Lovely staff and good gluten free options.

This location of True Food Kitchen is located in the Westfield Mall in Century City. It's a good location for a lunch or dinner, as they have clearly marked Gf choices on the menu. Their GF options include appetizers such as potatoes anfld guacamole, and tuna in lettuce wraps. They have a range of GF entrees, such as grilled salmon, seared tuna, and spaghetti squash.
The food is well made and freshly prepared with high quality ingredients. This is pricier than a lot of places, but similar to many options in Century City. Their menu features a GF pasta and desserts, but I didn't try them.
Overall their staff seemed pretty knowledgeable so risk of contamination is less than average.
