I was severely glutened here, even after being very clear that I am celiac and needed everything to be gluten free.

This was our first time coming to the melting pot. Our experience was amazing. Our server was very knowledgeable about everything on the menus. I am gluten free and he was very careful and accommodating. Most everything on the menu had an alternate option. Which were all very good! My boyfriend and I want to go back soon!

We have not been in awhile, and first time without the kids. My wife is gluten intolerant. They have a GF service certification on the door. Not sure what that means, but I can say this is the most GF conscious menu we have ever sseen. Everything detailed for what is safe and not. My wife does not recall having gf bread dippers last time. We were very comfortable with server knowledge. The food was delicious, great experience. Actually the cost was pretty good for an upscale experience.
Note for GF. There are only a few items not GF and they can all be substituted or modified incl dippers. We just did 100%gf for the two of us, so that way there is no opty for accidetntal cross contamination at your table. I am not gf and found the whole meal excellent with gf options. That would be on you and your party, not the restaurant. Even moreso if you have a big group. The worse fear that some have is gf bread. But you are smothering it in cheese, rally no issue and tastes great as a dipper.
One shortfall is that we were doing entirely gf for the two of us, but server still brought out teriyaki sauce and was good to inform us that was only gluten sauce, but she should have kept that one in the kitchen. I did give the teriyaki a try since it was there, and did not care for it. Again, stick to the gf options, and your party will be just fine. If they are clamoring for gluten because they somehow feel slighted, there is plenty of wheat based beers they can enjoy, and the crew is all the better for it, not risking being glutened and friendships. : - )

The staff was very knowledgeable, but I was disappointed that I didn’t have my own place to do my cooking. I had to constantly make sure the rest of our table (7 people) didn’t put anything containing gluten into one of the pots. Had I not kept very close watch, we could’ve had gluten in the pot I was using.
Tried a new thing last night for Valentine's day. The food was good, and for the most part it was fun. We made sure to inform the restaurant when we made the reservation that I had celiac disease, they said they would be able to easily accommodate me and they would write down a note. We also told our waiter as soon as we sat, we told him that because we would be sharing the pot my husband's food would be gluten free as well because cross contamination was a big issue for me. Despite all of this prepping the waiter still brought out honey WHEAT bread, croutons on my salad, raviolis and a meat that was not gluten free! I had to babysit my waiter the whole night! Twice they turned off the burner and forgot to turn it back on making our food pot cool, and impossible to cook our main course. To add insult to injury the Valentine's day package included a picture. The picture is awful, the low lighting plus flash resulted in an extremely washed out shot. Not worth the very high price.

Pre-celiac favorite restaurant. After going GF, I went and after ordering off the GF menu and making sure the server knew I was GF, I was still served pasta on my plate and beef with teriyaki sauce. Luckily I knew better. The server was not knowledgeable about GF.

UPDATE:
Came back for a second time and again my food all tested gf with my Nima sensor, and I had no reaction. I always request a separate pot from the people I’m with and they are super accommodating with that. Waiter was very knowledgeable and asked if I was celiac. Super nice people and great food!
The food was great, and they even had vegan cheese and chocolate (I can’t eat dairy). I could hardly tell that the cheese was vegan. The waiter was very knowledgeable and let me know that some of the gluten free dippers (bread and desserts) had dairy in them. I tested everything with my Nima sensor and it all came up gluten free. I’m very sensitive and I didn’t get sick.

I love coming here! They bring out fully gf dippers. Most of the cheeses, broths, and chocolates are gf already but a few aren’t. The menu is clearly labeled and servers are very good about it.

I had a wonderful evening while on a business trip. The experience was amazing and the food was not only great, but fun. My server was very knowledgeable about gluten intolerance and helped me through the menu and ordering. All 4 courses were amazing and I will eat here again.
