The fryer is shared, and the nachos/tortilla chips, fries and calamari all go into the fryer (I believe the falafel go into the fryer as well). The only thing I felt comfortable eating was the dip duo, but without the pita and without the chickpeas which also go into the fryer. I asked to sub the pita for a gluten free bun (un toasted) and they were able to do that for me. Overall the dip was quite good and the bun was good as well. Waiter was not super knowledgeable but was happy to check with the kitchen about everything.

“Gluten Sensitive” is promoted. Server told me salads and burgers with GF bun were all that was celiac safe. Didn’t have cross contamination protocols in the kitchen. Didn’t feel safe eating here.
