I have been wanting to try this place for a while. The gluten free cookies appeared to be on their own rack behind the counter. The presentation of the cookie sandwich was awesome, but the taste left much to be desired. The cookies tasted like they had been sitting out all day, which it looks like they had. I think if they would heat them up that might help a lot. GF ice cream choices are clearly marked which is nice. Honestly, I ended up throwing my cookie sandwich away. Appreciate the effort, but would rather leave room for a better dessert.

There were a few gluten free options for both cookies and ice cream. While quite expensive, it was delicious! One of the better gluten free cookies I’ve had (I got a sandwich with chocolate chip cookies and mint chip ice cream). Would definitely come back if we ever visit Nashville again!

Super delicious soft and gooey GF cookies! They were also conscious of using new ice cream to top the cookie to avoid cross-contamination.

I feel safe eating here. They changed their gloves and had no issue using ice cream that was uncross contaminated. The gluten free cookies were kept separate from the regular cookies. I didn’t ask how separate they were cooked. The vegan option wasn’t marked gluten free on the board but it was on the website so I went with that since it is a chain. The price was reasonable for 2 cookies and ice cream.

Super limited items—chocolate chip cookie was good—we stopped in after grabbing dinner and walking around—no menu but person at counter let us know what was GF

Been here 3-4 times, never gotten sick with any medicine. I’m Celiac so it was amazing how they would go into the back in request for new ice cream. Please ask for ice cream from a new tub if you are celiac and have to avoid cross-contamination at all costs. I looked in the vanilla ice cream, which was one of their gluten-free options and it was covered in crumbs. The workers did a great job and they seemed well educated on the allergy. Overall there are two cookie substitutes and I haven’t gotten sick from either of them. I wouldn’t add any toppings or hot press as those could be cross contaminated. Good place to eat.
