Very good gluten free bread, also got it in a safer box rather than the paper the other burgers come in.

I eat here regularly and have never had a major reaction. I only trust the fries at the Harvard Square Tasty Burger and the burgers are excellent! I always check my receipt to make sure the cashier flagged my meal as “allergy.” If it’s not flagged, there’s a much higher chance of contamination.

I love Tasty Burger, it's fast food at it's best in a fun environment. I have celiacs and can't eat gluten, so I'm posting a response here from their (really nice and prompt) customer service that I received after submitting a question about the existence of a gluten free fryer and a rumored "salt mill".
"The following is accurate information for all four of our locations in Boston/Cambridge:
We have a separate fryer for gluten-free items: French fries, veggie patty, tater tots. Onion rings and our chicken patty (both contain gluten) are fried together in another fryer. The salt mine is used for both onion rings AND fries, so please ask that your fries are a) unseasoned or b) seasoned in their container (not the salt mine). Also, please let a server or cashier know when you're ordering that you have an allergy. Our protocol requires the manager on duty to oversee your experience."
So, follow the instructions and enjoy those fries!

Asked if there was a dedicated fryer because I had seen on some older reviews that there was- employee seemed unsure but said they should be gf. I figured it should be safe because of the reviews and how sick could some French fries make me? The answer is pretty sick- I wouldn’t trust it
No
Condescending and rude staff. When I questioned about the cross contamination practices, I was given the answer that the staff knows what to do. No matter what I asked, I was given the same answer. We turned around and walked out.
No
The staff seemed annoyed when we asked about how they prepare food. We didn't stay.
No
The staff was so nasty and couldn’t provide safety for my food

They have tasty gluten free buns and dedicated fryers. Staff is super friendly and understands I have celiac and nothing can be cross contaminated. I’ve eaten here 5+ times and never gotten sick. :-)
Yes
I got a turkey burger with a gluten free bun it was delicious! This a counter service with helpful staff. The person helping me had to confirm with the manager they used a dedicated fryer ( yes they do ).
I observed from a far the person cooking my burger changed gloves I forgot to ask but because I told the person taking my order I had a gluten allergy the preparer knew.
A good option for a quick lunch.

Had a burger with a GF Bun. Burger was great, good size, juicy & very tasty. Fries were made in dedicated fryer - crisp & very good. Side salad was good too! Ate outside under an umbrella. Staff was very nice. This is a counter service place, but staff was pleasant & friendly.
Yes
Fantastic food! Ordered a burger with a gluten free bun and it was so good! Had a hard time finishing it because it was so big...my husband finished it and commented that the bun was actually good (he typically hates GF bread). Also asked if the fries were fried separately. They told me they were and so I gave it a shot. They were just as good and the best part is I did not get sick at all! Gluten intolerant and celiac friends can definitely eat here...just be sure to say you have a gluten "allergy" when you order so they know it's not just a food preference. They clearly mark "allergy" on your order. :)
Yes
My favorite burger place - the gf buns are great, better than Udi's. The fries are definitely gluten free in a dedicated fryer. I've never found onion string pieces in my fries, though my boyfriend (who is not gf) has had that happen. Just be very specific when ordering, some staff are more knowledgeable than others. I always request they change their gloves & etc. and have never gotten sick.
Great burgers, my husband w/ celiac never gets sick. But you can't eat the fries if you are celiac.
Yes
The bun was good. The burger itself was ok,but the meat wasn't was good as other fast food places. The fries were greasy and not a lot of flavor.
Dedicated GF fryer. Good gluten-free burger. You can order fries and the tater tots which were yummy. Server knew what he was talking about w GF. I’d go back.

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and fries for pickup. The ticket had my allergies clearly marked on the ticket which is always a plus! Food was great for "fast food" and would go here again.

Came here at about 1015pm after a late flight, was staying in the area of Copley square and not much else was open. Came based on the reviews on FMGF.
Highly recommended!! Very safe, gf bun, confirmed fries were separate flyer and GF. Felt confident they took my allergy seriously. Food was delish! Had a double cheeseburger and fries and ketchup. All yum. Didn’t get sick and I’m super sensitive

It lives up to the name. Pretty standard fast food but with an understanding of what allergens are. Dedicated fryer has nice fries. If you’re at the back bay Amtrak station, this is definitely hard to beat
