Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.
Went to shake shack at The Florida Mall. Ordered cheeseburguer with gluten free bun and chocolate milk shake. Tested both with nima and it they were ok!

Best gluten free buns ever. They asked if it was an allergy and they flagged it for me. Bagged separate from the other regular burgers our party had in our to go order (we asked). Great precautions and I never get sick eating here.
Yes
The staff checked with the manager to ensure the food would be safe to consume. The manager was very helpful. The burger and bun were delicious.
Gf buns were good. I got a cheese bacon burger and a chocolate milkshake. Fries are fried in a shared fryer, so not gf, but the milkshake made up for that:)
I do not have typical gastric symptoms if I am glutened, however, Shake Shack has an allergen menu, and I told the cashier that I had a gluten allergy and she marked my order and assured me that by marking the order as an allergy order, it triggers the cook staff to change gloves and wash surfaces. I had a Shack burger and a chocolate shake. Very pleased.
So good!

Gluten allergy stickers were used but didn’t amount to much, girlfriend got glutened and became very unwell on a cross-Atlantic flight. We were told there was a separate fryer for fries but suspect there was not…

I ordered at the kiosk. It wouldn’t read the chips on any of my credit or debit cards. I tried the card that pays by tapping. Still didn’t work. I tried to flag down one of the multiple workers standing around in the back to no avail. I walked out hungry.

Very sensitive to cross contamination and have never had issues here! Wish I could eat the fries (no dedicated fryer) but the burgers are solid.
