My friend and I both ordered gluten free wraps with grilled chicken instead of the crispy chicken. I made sure to tell the server about having Celiac and a severe allergy.
Both wraps came out with crispy chicken and gluten-containing tortillas. After eating half the wrap, I noticed that the chicken looked crispy. I asked the server to bring the wraps to the kitchen to check if they were gluten free. They were not. The manager came and apologized and comped the meal.
I have never been glutened like this since being diagnosed with Celiac. Extremely unsafe and will not be returning.

My partner (celiac) had no issues eating here! Menu is very limited in terms of GF options but most burgers can be made gluten free and are delicious!! Nothing from the fryer is celiac-safe but they have GF bread that can be toasted separately. Great service and atmosphere - the staff definitely know and follow comprehensive allergy protocols (this has been our experience with all Lettuce Entertain You restaurants)!

Limited Gluten free menu, but what they did have was excellent. Great burgers on gf bread. 70s kitsch/pub atmosphere excellent service knowledgeable staff. No dedicated fryer, so fries are out. Big portions, old school burgers/sandwich menu.

I had a patty melt and it was delicious! There is a gluten free menu. The server was knowledgeable and kind. She assured me that my meal was grilled in a separate area. The gluten free menu is as much fun as the regular menu with the puns and jokes. I felt like a normal person. There is no dedicated fryer so I couldn't have the chips.

They have a gluten free menu. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.
No gluten free menu but the wait staff were knowledgeable about menu items and food preparation. Made recommendations for substitution on French fries (shared fryer). This is a lettuce entertain you restaurant so I was not worried about eating here as all the other group restaurants are very accommodating to celiac and gluten free diners.
