Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

This location has been great with my celiac restrictions. I’ve eaten here 3-4 times so far without any issues (I’m pretty sensitive!). My meal is always flagged as “allergy” on both the kitchen ticket and receipt. They have a separate fryer for their fries! Hallelujah. GF bun is decent too, but the lettuce wrap also is good.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
I asked about the fries and they told me the cook them in a separate fryer and took care when they knew the order was someone with the allergy. No problems no reactions and everything was good. I got the gourmet cheeseburger and fries.

ordered a gluten free burger with just swiss, onion, and tomato for toppings, and a side of fries. I started feeling sick before we even left the restaurant; definitely got glutened.

I had a plain chicken sandwich, toppings come on the side and fries. Within an hour I was in the bathroom sick. I asked for garlic aioli and never got it. They brought one of our party the wrong burger though they did also bring the right one for him to take home. I've never been sick after eating at Red Robin in my 10 years of Celiac until today. I will not be going back.
No
Great gluten free buns for burgers! If you ask for the gluten free menu they bring you an iPad. I'd say they have more options than some.

Great menu options
Livonia location:
I was assured by my server that the sauces were gluten free and that my meal was safe. It was not. I endured four days of painful side effects that started within minutes of eating my meal.
The manager did speak with me but did not follow up or offer to comp my meal. I will not be going back.

Waitress who helped us is gluten free!!! Was a great experience. Food took longer to prepare, but the three of us gf eaters did not get sick, and really enjoyed our custom meals. Plenty of good food and RR is always kind to help us with our gf and vegetarian needs (their veggie burger is NOT gluten free, so do not order). RR is one of the few fast food sit down places we count on for gf food, and this location did not let us down.

Never gotten sick here! I do mostly take out but I always stress that I am allergic to gluten and they never fail me.
Manager and wait staff were knowledgable about gluten free and food allergies. Very friendly! They use French meadow GF buns at this location! Yum!
had a great meal. the manager her self brought me the gluten free menu and watched them prepare my burger! it was a very busy night so I was very suprized to get such attention. great food and no problems
Asked for a gluten free menu and was given a take out menu, after explaining I had food allergies another server then brought me an allergy menu. When ordering my food I was very specific about my allergy and my needs and the server asked me 3 times if I was positive I couldn't have croutons on my salad because he thinks they are gluten free (they are not!). When my food arrived, it was delivered by someone other than my server, I asked if it was an allergy meal (as other red robin locations always announce this when delivering my food) I was told they didn't know because they weren't my server. At this point I was very hungry and didn't see anything suspicious about my meal, so instead of double checking as I should've I ate the meal and got very sick. Not sure what went wrong, but I will never be going back to this red robin again.
Today I met my mom and dad for lunch! We were greeted by the manager and the waitress Cindy! When my mother asked for a GF menu, the manager tried to get it to load on his tablet but unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working well. He then helped me through the regular menu and what could be modified. I also have an egg and cauliflower allergy so he helped me to find sauce and dressings that were safe. Cindy was very knowledgeable and even brought me out a fresh ketchup bottle she knew would be safe for me to use! I had a grilled chicken with sautéed mushrooms on a lettuce wrap. They do have a gluten free bun but it had egg whites. I didn’t have a reaction to the food I ate and really enjoyed my meal with my family! 10/10 will eat here again.

honestly the last place i expected to be going as an extremely symptomatic celiac, but i had an amazing experience. the menus in restaurant are not labeled, but they have a very extensive allergy friendly menu online (qr code in restaurant or just look up “red robin allergy menu). this not only allows you to see what is already GF, but what substitutions you could make to make other things GF (also works for other allergens). they have a dedicated GF fryer which was a very pleasant surprise. the staff are very knowledgeable and will help you make safe choices. they have tons of burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and sides that are/can be GF. the food also comes out with a purple flag to show that it is an allergy

My daughter and I both have Celiac disease and eat here often. We always let the staff know prior to ordering and they have always taken special precautions. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and offer both gluten free buns and lettuce wraps. Had a wonderful Mother’s Day yesterday and had no problems.

Went well! I assume they used a separate fryer for fries but I can’t be sure, they specified they were gluten free however. Gluten free bun, really nice allergy friendly menu. Only complaint is that my food didn’t have an allergy marker like their menu says they use, but they were reasonably rushed, so it was understandable, and I felt fine afterwards.
