My server seemed very knowledgeable and was very attentive. She brought fries right when I sat down and I asked if they were gf she said yes but the sauce was not so she took the sauce and brought ranch! She was a great waitress. But I unfortunately did get sick after. I think the fries probably were not gf. I believe they have a separate fryer and maybe she didn’t know that. My bun was definitely gf and delicious! So sad because I really love the food here! Make sure to specify and ask if they were fried in a different fryer.

Wonderful! It’s interesting how each Red Robin does things a little different. This one brought out fries right as we sat down, like as an appetizer. They weren’t from the dedicated allergen fryer, but I let the server know about my gluten issues, and she immediately went to get me some fries from the dedicated fryer. She was also knowledgeable about what had gluten. Their campfire sauce (like smoky fry sauce) is not gluten free, but she brought out ranch for me if I wanted it. I got the Monster Cheeseburger with a wonderful gluten free bun. I asked for No Mayo, just in case they were dipping from a large container that also spreads on regular buns (no idea if that’s actually the case). Everything was amazing, and I added extra Red Robin seasoning to my fries because it’s labeled gluten free. Wonderful meal, and I didn’t get sick.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was willing to explain the items I could eat. There is a separate fryer for allergen free fries, and they have a gluten free bun. All that, but I still got sick an hour after eating there. Probably a good place if you’re less sensitive.
While I love their fries and lettuce wrapped burgers, I was disappointed when I found out that their campfire sauce contains gluten and I was not told for over a year even when mentioning my gluten allergy. I just never associated eating that sauce with getting sick because I assumed it was safe and it must have been something else. If I say that I need a burger lettuce wrapped because I have celiac disease and can’t eat gluten, I would have expected someone to tell me that the campfire sauce had gluten in it when I ordered that.
Had to write a quick review for for my experience tonight - the manager (Rhonda) was absolutely phenomenal, maybe the best GF meal I've ever had. She came out after I let our server know I was celiac and went through the allergen list with me - when we couldn't figure out why the mushroom burger wasn't listed as a gf option even when the bun was swapped out, she went in the back and fried some mushrooms in olive oil herself! Rhonda brought up their separate fryer before I had even mentioned it, and brought out my dinner wearing a purple rubber glove to ensure as little contamination as possible. She was wonderful and I'll certainly be returning to this location, hopefully whenever she's on shift?

I had high hopes going in, but a sad ending. The staff seemed friendly and helpful, but I did get sick. It may be worth a try for the brave among you who aren't as sensitive.

Super aware of needs, and for that I'm grateful. Their service last time I came was very poor though. That was frustrating since I'm a pretty regular customer.
Awesome. They are very celiac aware. Our server knew exactly how and what was available.

Great gf options and they are very careful about cross contamination. Will bring your food separately than the rest of the table to make sure. They all had been educated on gf. Very happy with them, will continue going and enjoying!

I love this location! The staff is very knowledgeable about what is and isn't gluten free on the menu. They have reminded me numerous times that the seasoning salt is not gluten free (has caramel color in it), although i sometimes choose not to listen (My own fault for getting sick with that one). They are also very forthcoming with other gluten free options like the Udi's Gluten Free bun (I just don't like buns for my burgers). Love this place. Great food and great service.

The manager brought the menu book to us personally. Our waitress was GREAT! My son ate almost all of his cheeseburger, which is really unusual. They were exceptional here!

I have eaten here a few times and the servers I've gotten are usually knowledgeable or at least willing to go check with the kitchen on options. If I have detailed questions the Manager has always been available and very helpful. They are unwilling to change up much from the menu so as not to confuse the kitchen and to make sure things are safe. I appreciate how careful they have been.

This isn't a bad option in the least. Yes, their menu is more of an allergen menu than a gf menu, but it's still a tasty menu. Their burgers come lettuce-wrapped OR you can get a gf bun. And the bun tastes good. There are other gf options - I typically get a salad. But the ranch dressing isn't safe, and that's highly annoying. Also, the staff is barely knowledgeable. We have always been able to ask for an ice cream shake, no malt, and been fine. Suddenly, it's impossibly to not add the malt - even though they make shakes and malts! And they've reassured us that the malt is added in by the chef/cook, not premixed. I don't know what their problem is, but when we ask for the gf menu or order gf, I ALWAYS get an eyeroll. Seriously? Get over it.
Really good lunch ! I got the cheeseburger with a gluten free bun and allergy fries, with are fried in a separate fryer. Definitely recommend and the food was delicious, my waitress was very nice and knowledgeable of celiac’s disease.

when i mentioned i had celiac disease our waitress mentioned that she did too!! i was nervous coming here but that eased my anxiety. she helped me figure out the online interactive allergy menu, and made sure my fries all came from the gf fryer. they offer gluten free buns but i just got a lettuce wrap. fry sauce is not gluten free which was sad but she brought me mayo and ketchup. food came out marked with a purple pin- waitress mentioned they have purple pins, purple gloves, and purple knives and equipment to remind them while prepping food! burgers are made on the same grill but she stated they clean the grill well when things are ordered gf. i had no issues afterwords!!

I’ve been here multiple times and their burgers are always amazing. I haven’t had a better burger, and I have been trying to make a burger like Red Robin for years, and have never made it so good. Would highly recommend the reds double, they have separate fryers and gluten free buns.
