They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that

Went here since it had so many positive reviews. They do have an allergen menu but when you go to look at the burgers it says they can be cross contaminated on the grill. Also, when you check the box for wheat and gluten there are no fries listed as a side. Not sure what people are talking about saying you can have fries?! I am celiac and the waiter did talk to someone and they offered to cook on foil for me I decided to leave. Besides, if you want a fancy burger and you need it gluten free you are basically just getting a basic burger. We didn’t stay. I’m sure someone who is NOT celiac would likely be fine. I didn’t want to chance getting sick.

I actually did not think to ask if they had a gf menu until after I ordered. I did okay making adjustments to the Avo-cabo salad (no blue cheese or toasty bread) and chili (no tortilla chips). Would go back and try a burger with lettuce wrap!

this location has been a regular stop for me for several years and they have been awesome. Amy? in the bar area often takes care of me & actually remembers customers usual orders, she's great! Never had problems with GF burger bun (yay!) & unseasoned fries (double yay!)

We had an excellent server who was knowledgeable about gf and triple-checked everything to make sure our order was OK. They had a separate fryer, which is always a bonus. We were handed an iPad on arrival where we could search their allergen listings.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I've been here twice now and both times have gotten sick even though they assured me what I was ordering was gluten free. Absolutely horrible service when it came to being allergy sensitive, to the point that even my friends who were with me who were not gluten free began laughing uncontrollably after the server would walk away because the things they said were so ridiculous! For example when I asked if the fries that he had just brought out were the gf ones they said they would make me, he responded, "um, it has salt." And walked away like he had no doubt that was answer enough. Excuse me, do you have any idea what gluten is? Because salt has not a thing to do with it. And if it tells you something about whether it's the gf version or not, please share that info, thanks. Absolutely crazy that they would find the things they did to be any level of customer service.

I will NEVER eat at any red robin location again after these two experiences at this location. Do yourself a big favor and don't go here.

Where to start...wait time was at least double what we were told. Our waitress stopped by twice to say she would be right with us. We waited at least 15 min to even place a drink order. The menu had decent offerings including fries. However, there were major safety issues. I ordered a burger and fries. I was delivered a burger and Caesar salad with croutons (not GF croutons). Then a series of mess-ups trying to get the correct order. I wasn't even sure if I should eat the new meal considering they sent gluten out on the plate that is supposed to be gluten free. The manager was apologetic and comped the meal and seemed to understand the potential consequences to a Celiac. Nonetheless, I don't think I will return.

had a horrible gf experience here at this location. Never had any issues at any other location across several states. I sent an e mail to corporate, this locations manager called me to tell me how wrong I was. No, this location is not as trained or caring as all the other locations. I felt they did not want my business.

I have eaten here a few times, having a gf bun and fries but I have had a mild reaction the first two times and the last time it was bad enough to not eat there again. So sad cause it was nice to be able to eat a bun and fries like everyone else.

Red Robin is a family favorite. The managers wife has Celiac so he really knows his stuff. Dedicated fryer for fries, and GF buns. We have been there 20+ times and love it. PS. I was told that even though the seasoning does not list wheat in the ingredient list, RR cannot guarantee that there was no cross-contamination in the production, so if you have Celiacs it is safer to avoid it.

Today I met my mom and dad for lunch! We were greeted by the manager and the waitress Cindy! When my mother asked for a GF menu, the manager tried to get it to load on his tablet but unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working well. He then helped me through the regular menu and what could be modified. I also have an egg and cauliflower allergy so he helped me to find sauce and dressings that were safe. Cindy was very knowledgeable and even brought me out a fresh ketchup bottle she knew would be safe for me to use! I had a grilled chicken with sautéed mushrooms on a lettuce wrap. They do have a gluten free bun but it had egg whites. I didn’t have a reaction to the food I ate and really enjoyed my meal with my family! 10/10 will eat here again.

honestly the last place i expected to be going as an extremely symptomatic celiac, but i had an amazing experience. the menus in restaurant are not labeled, but they have a very extensive allergy friendly menu online (qr code in restaurant or just look up “red robin allergy menu). this not only allows you to see what is already GF, but what substitutions you could make to make other things GF (also works for other allergens). they have a dedicated GF fryer which was a very pleasant surprise. the staff are very knowledgeable and will help you make safe choices. they have tons of burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and sides that are/can be GF. the food also comes out with a purple flag to show that it is an allergy

My daughter and I both have Celiac disease and eat here often. We always let the staff know prior to ordering and they have always taken special precautions. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and offer both gluten free buns and lettuce wraps. Had a wonderful Mother’s Day yesterday and had no problems.

Went well! I assume they used a separate fryer for fries but I can’t be sure, they specified they were gluten free however. Gluten free bun, really nice allergy friendly menu. Only complaint is that my food didn’t have an allergy marker like their menu says they use, but they were reasonably rushed, so it was understandable, and I felt fine afterwards.
