My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

The server was really helpful! They bring you a tablet that helps you choose what to eat. So nice! And french fries from a dedicated frier...yum!
They wash their lettuce in a wheat based solution to stop it from browning. So I thought I was going to be okay but got horribly sick. Never eating there again.
No
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Ate here 4 months ago got extremely sick as did my Mother in law. The restaurant was very dirty. Love Red Robin but after getting so sick I'm not going back. The Gluten-free buns are the worst. Extremely dry. The staff doesn't understand about cross contamination. Save your stomach.
No
While they offer gluten free options, and do attempt to make sure things are indeed gluten free, we've run into cross contamination issues. Not all the time, but enough to make us not go back.
No
There were many cross contamination issues the last two times we've tried this one.
we eat at robin frequently. visiting from the east coast, and ordered something ... the shift manager came out to double check my order, because one of the sauces may not have been gluten free.
I was so happy to have that level of care.

I was so spoiled!! Best eating out experience I've had since I took gluten out of my diet! They were knowledgeable about the gf issue, I was even asked if I was allergic specifically, and they altered my burger to truly gf, which is good because I would have gotten glutened otherwise. Apparently their guacamole is not safe by the way. On a family celebration night, this took all the stress out I usually go through and we all had a very nice time
I took my girls here. They do not have Celiacs Disease as I do. They ordered regular burgers and fries and I ordered GF with assurances from the waitress that the food was truly GF. Within 30 minutes of eating, I was very sick and knew I had been contaminated. Very frustrating!
The new GF buns are yummy! My waitress was familiar with what is gluten free and I had a super yummy burger and fries. The waitress informed me that the seasoning they put on the fries has gluten so she told the kitchen not to season my fries :) I got to actually enjoy a burger and I did not get sick!
Today I met my mom and dad for lunch! We were greeted by the manager and the waitress Cindy! When my mother asked for a GF menu, the manager tried to get it to load on his tablet but unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working well. He then helped me through the regular menu and what could be modified. I also have an egg and cauliflower allergy so he helped me to find sauce and dressings that were safe. Cindy was very knowledgeable and even brought me out a fresh ketchup bottle she knew would be safe for me to use! I had a grilled chicken with sautéed mushrooms on a lettuce wrap. They do have a gluten free bun but it had egg whites. I didn’t have a reaction to the food I ate and really enjoyed my meal with my family! 10/10 will eat here again.

honestly the last place i expected to be going as an extremely symptomatic celiac, but i had an amazing experience. the menus in restaurant are not labeled, but they have a very extensive allergy friendly menu online (qr code in restaurant or just look up “red robin allergy menu). this not only allows you to see what is already GF, but what substitutions you could make to make other things GF (also works for other allergens). they have a dedicated GF fryer which was a very pleasant surprise. the staff are very knowledgeable and will help you make safe choices. they have tons of burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and sides that are/can be GF. the food also comes out with a purple flag to show that it is an allergy

My daughter and I both have Celiac disease and eat here often. We always let the staff know prior to ordering and they have always taken special precautions. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and offer both gluten free buns and lettuce wraps. Had a wonderful Mother’s Day yesterday and had no problems.

Went well! I assume they used a separate fryer for fries but I can’t be sure, they specified they were gluten free however. Gluten free bun, really nice allergy friendly menu. Only complaint is that my food didn’t have an allergy marker like their menu says they use, but they were reasonably rushed, so it was understandable, and I felt fine afterwards.
