This is a food line to make poke bowls and seaweed wraps. Their sauces are labeled gluten free but the staff isn’t knowledgeable about any of their other ingredients. You can look it up online on their website though. All meats, rices, salad, and most toppings are. The lady waiting on me was insistent that rice WAS gluten because it was a starch.

This place is great. I often get sushi burritos and poke bowls. As long as you make sure you don’t get any of the sauces everything is pretty much gluten-free. I just bring my own soy sauce with me.

I’ve felt fine each time I’ve ate here.
Good, fast service! The gluten-free items were all marked as such. They had no issues doing an allergy glove change!

I am a Foodie, and this is the Best Poke Bowl Restaurant I have found thus far....after years of "Research":) Also, the service is quite good, and Dennis the owner is Top Notch and quite knowledgeable on GF.

So good and great service. Gluten-free items are marked, but you have to look very closely. Note the online menu is from the corporate website, and it doesn't it match exactly what they have on service in the local store.
