So gross. The worst poke bowl I have ever had. Hot hot rice with the fish. So few GF options compared to other poke places. Go if you must. I had to since so many places around were closed. Safe but not tasty. And expensive.

Limited sauce options, but Celiacs, like myself, can eat here without getting sick. Spicy mayo and sesame oil are the two sauces that are gluten free. I mixed them together for a good flavor. It’s spicy, so if you can’t handle spice, just stick to the sesame oil. All meats are good except the spicy tuna. Cucumber salad is the side that is GF as well along with the ginger and wasabi. Overall, I would eat here again. I just wish they had gluten free soy sauce available. That would take this place to a 5 star review.
Yes
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The sauces are listed GF, vegan, etc. it is a chipotle-style Poké ( sushi) bar. The food was good and reasonably priced.
Yes
Take out poke bar, a lot of their stuff was naturally gluten free as to be expected. Menu items clearly marked with GF/Vegan/etc labeling. Seemed to not be too busy which was nice, and you fill out your order on a piece of paper rather than pointing out what you want. I wrote that I had an allergy as well as telling the employee and they were great about it. Only complaint is there were minimal sauce options that were GF however what they did have was delicious. Most of the proteins and all of the veggies are safe.

Very accomodating staff, just need to ask re GF and they’ll walk you through what you can and can’t have. All ingredients in separate containers so no cc. Best Poke I’ve had so far in Waikiki

Delicious poké bowl with a wide variety of GF options. Indicators on the menu on whether items contain gluten, staff also explain what options you can’t pick. Each item has its own utensils. Really enjoyed my food and quite reasonably priced.

Great experience! As soon as said Celiac the staff started to explain what I could and could not eat. Each bowl comes with either miso crab salad or seaweed salad - neither of which are gluten-free. They offered to put my portion in a to-go container so my partner could eat it. All of the marinated proteins contain gluten, but fresh fish is fine by me. Most of the toppings and crunches were gluten-free and there were 3 gluten-free sauce choices (plain soy sauce, wasabi mayo, siracha mayo). Is this essentially a food court stall, yes. Is it also super fresh, yes. This tourist is happy.
