Ate here tonight and there were gluten free options, which the staff confirmed. The food was good (although a little spicy for my liking) but I did not get sick!

Do NOT eat here if you have Celiac Disease. The staff are careless with the food. My son order GF chicken yesterday, when waitress brought it to the table my son asked her to please verify it was gf. She said it definitely was gluten free. While he was half way through his meal someone else brought over his actual gf food. He was violently I’ll last night and still hasn’t recovered. It’s a shame, it could be a good choice if they weren’t so clueless. My son has eaten at the Coral Springs Pei Wei many times with no problems, maybe they are just better trained or conscious of doing their job. Obviously it was the waitress who caused the problem but still management should solve it.

So, I couldn’t find anything to verify this, but the staff at the airport location said that everything on their menu is gluten free - made with corn flour, there isn’t any gluten on site. This isn’t clear from their posted menu, which notes specific things are gluten free (implying that others that aren’t marked are not). And it’s also not clear when you find the Pei Wei website and the same menu items are not marked gluten free. But I did eat one of the things not marked gluten free (because they were out of the thing I wanted that was) and did not have any symptoms afterwards.

Not a fan- didn’t look like woks were being switched in-between dishes. Not sure how or why some things are GF and others are not when ingreds are similar- made no sense - too saucy!

They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
