OMG!!! SO thankful to have such delicious choices that are safe. Had 5 different main entrees and fried rice.. I can’t decide what my favorite is.. the crispy fried chicken was SO juicy and light rice flour “breading”. Even have GF soy sauce packets.. SO GOOD!!

The lady literally said everything on the menu was gluten free, holy wow. Then we tried to order the fried rice gf because it said that was an option and then the kitchen said they couldn’t do the rice gf. I would not trust the menu or staff.

Gf options ARE marked on menu. When ordering you MUST let staff know. I am non celiac, only intolerant. I will try to update if I have any reaction.

First time I’ve been to Pei Wei in awhile - their Original Chicken is gluten free and was delicious. Not marked on the menu but staff was knowledgeable

AMAZING ! Food is top notch and the gluten free options are incredible. And ya made fresh in an open kitchen concept. Bowls that you can get rice even fried rice. Oh and cauliflower rice too!! It’s my favorite place. I just wish they had more locations. Give it a try
GF options built into the menu. Knowledgeable staff. Food brought out from kitchen and declared GF which is always a plus. Good place to eat while waiting for a flight.
So, I couldn’t find anything to verify this, but the staff at the airport location said that everything on their menu is gluten free - made with corn flour, there isn’t any gluten on site. This isn’t clear from their posted menu, which notes specific things are gluten free (implying that others that aren’t marked are not). And it’s also not clear when you find the Pei Wei website and the same menu items are not marked gluten free. But I did eat one of the things not marked gluten free (because they were out of the thing I wanted that was) and did not have any symptoms afterwards.

Not a fan- didn’t look like woks were being switched in-between dishes. Not sure how or why some things are GF and others are not when ingreds are similar- made no sense - too saucy!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
