I love it here. They are one of the few places I feel comfortable ordering via DoorDash because they allow you to clearly mark your allergy, among other reasons things. The steak crepe and Nutella latte are my go to and so good!

Went here today and food was great!! When I said I have Celiac, they told me everything is done in a separate area on its own equipment. Everything on the menu is marked if able to be GF! I will say that seating is very minimal inside (6-7 tables total) so heads up if you’re going on a busy weekend morning!

From the owner: "We make a gluten-free buckwheat crepe batter that can be substituted in any of our crepe recipes. We use a very light buckwheat flour that we found to taste the most similar to our regular recipe, and it maintains a similar color and relatively similar texture.
Guests with allergies to gluten need only mention their allergy to us when ordering, and we make the crepe on a crepe iron that we reserve only for crepes with allergies (it is off to the side and out of sight from the counter). A separate set of tools is used, and the staff member preparing crepes on this iron changes their gloves. We confidently serve our gluten-allergic guests in this way, assuring prevention of cross-contamination. Come see us soon!"
We visited Brookline this past week and found this restaurant because of its gluten free menu. Staff were very helpful and let us know there would be a slightly longer wait for the gf food since they make it completely separate. We liked the food so much we went back again 2 more times while we were in town.

Pretty much every crepe can be made gluten free— and it’s delicious. They are very aware of cross contamination and I have never gotten sick eating here. I’ve had both the sweet and savory crepes, and went to heaven both times!

I eat here all the time and have never had a bad experience. They can make GF crepes on a separate surface, and have a way to mark allergy vs. preference in their system. Food is fantastic.

Absolutely amazing! The people working there were so friendly and super knowledgeable about everything. Was able to easily order gluten and dairy free crepes and had no negative symptoms or anything. Food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Almost everything can be done on a gluten free crepe and they always ask if it’s an allergy and use a separate griddle. Never gotten sick here.

I eat here almost every time I go to Boston and have never had a problem. The workers are super knowledgeable, they have excellent cross contact procedures, and the crepes are delicious. Also, I might be wrong, but I think they recently changed their crepe recipe, and I honestly like them even better than before!

Pretty much any crepe (with the exception of some seasonal ones) can be made with GF buckwheat batter. They are highly aware of gluten free and ask if it’s an allergy or preference. GF crepes get cooked on a separate surface, so there is no cross contamination. Do be aware that GF crepes here take longer to cook (about 20 minutes) so I would plan on getting there before you get super hungry.

They said any crepe could be made safely gluten free. Asked if it was allergy or preference. Gluten free food came out separate. They were delicious.

Crepes are delicious and they take food allergies seriously. Our food came with a card on the box that said “this item was prepared on a separate dedicated surface to comply with your allergy” and the “wheat:gluten” was checked.

They were very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. But the buckwheat crepes are very thick and the fillings very sparse. Rather pricey place to eat and very limited seating. They also do not provide a bathroom for customers.

Great experience! After I read the good reviews I ordered off of grubhub and it was fabulous. I got the Nutella crepe and the Great Eggspectations crepe. Both made with buckwheat flour and marked with the allergy sign.

Delicious and accountable! I ordered through Grubhub and the receipt had hearts all over the gluten allergy note. The package my food came in had “GLUTEN FREE BUCKWHEAT” and “made on a separate grill by (initials)” written on it. I feel so taken care of by this restaurant!

This place is great! I have celiac and this place is completely allergy friendly. They have separate areas, grills and everything to keep the food from cross-contamination. All their crepes can be made gluten free.
I had the Berry Antionette, and it was delicious! My husband (not gf) had the lumberjack, which he devoured.
It’s pricey, but I would still definitely come back if I lived closer!

So good, they use a separate place to cook the crepes and are very cautious to avoid any possible cross contamination. The items on the menu that CANNOT be made gf are marked which threw me off at first. I believe only one sweet crepe can’t be made gf, they have so many options for gluten free I’ve eaten there twice a week since moving into college.

So amazing and aware of cross contamination!

Ordered a savory crepe, sweet crepe, and the Nutella hot chocolate. All were delicious! The staff is very knowledgeable and aware about allergies, and when you order GF they will ask you if it’s an allergy or preference. If you say allergy it will be prepared in a dedicated work space that they first wipe down just in case, using separate tools, and batter that is stored separate from the wheat batter. Took a little longer than my friend who is not GF due to their extra sanitizing process, but it’s a small price to pay. A bit pricey, but will definitely return.
Yes
Dedicated areas for gluten free and nut free. They always double check and can even hold part of your order if you have a meal and dessert. Very careful with allergens and their nutella buckwheat crépe is to die for!!! Wish I lived in brookline so I could come here every day! OMG LOVE!!!
Yes
Desperate prep area and they’re aware of cross contamination. The cashier recommended I avoid the blended drinks because they don’t have a separate blender. Got the Ceasar Salad Crepe and it was fantastic.

Delicious buckwheat crepes - super yum and I didn’t get sick.
Yes
Yummy food, gluten free is prepared in a separate space, the menu itself is very versatile. Knowledge staff who are so helpful when ordering!
The buckwheat crepe was amazing and I didn’t get sick. I had the Nutella one (craving one now as I write the review LOL).

Celiac for 15 years+, I am always careful- it is a small space they prepare in but take every precaution- the buckwheat crepes are even cooked separately. I made my own and it was delicious.
Safe to eat but not a fan of their buckwheat crepes, the basil infusion made it mealy in places

Best crepes in Boston! They have gf buckwheat batter and cook them on a separate griddle that is in a dedicated space. Only reason I give 4 stars and not 5, is I ALWAYS end up waiting 10-15 minutes longer for my food than the no-gf people. Frustrating when you’re in a group! Very good none the less! Also the Nutella frozen hot chocolate is BOMB!
The buckwheat crepes are delicious!!

The crepe was pretty bad but at least I didn't get sick. They use buckwheat flour for GF crepes, so it's easy to distinguish what is GF. However, the crepe was not at all good.

Pretty sure they gave me the wheat flour pancake instead of buckwheat gluten free. Was sick after eating here

This as my first stop after arriving from Florida and was pleasantly surprised. The reviews are all true, they have a separate space for cooking the gluten free crepes which was very comforting and when the crepe was brought over they started it was gluten free which is always a nice reassurance that the kitchen is communicating well. I got the French Toast Crepe and added 2 fried eggs on top. My husband got the Chicken with Pesto Crepe gluten free so I could eat it. He loved it! The employee stated they just changed there flour to a rice based flour, it was tasty to me. I got a bit of a stomach ache after we finished out meal, but it could of been from the coffee because I am sensitive to some brands. Sometimes I get that stomach ache from cross contamination but it’s so similar to how other foods effect me that it’s hard to tell the source...no major celiac crisis or anything but thought I would note it. Looking forward to trying it again!

Delicious!! My son thoroughly enjoyed his crepe, and they appeared to be careful and give specific instructions to the staff cooking the food.
Wonderful! Buckwheat gluten free crepes. Separate preparation area.
