They have GF pasta available. Not sure about the kitchen being GF exclusive or that their cooking is done separately in GF exclusive cooking pots and pans.

if I could give olive garden negative stars I would. I had to send my pasta back because it was under cooked to the point some spots were hard. finally the manager can out to speak with me and informed be that they baked to pasta to avoid cross contamination. as I understand no cc do they understand that pasta has to be boiled? I say avoid the gf pasta.
I was very disappointed. I ordered g-f pasta from the GF menu. I had a reaction the next day. They must have cooked the pasta in the same pot as the other. I won't try it again. Not worth it. :-(
There is a GF menu and They have knowledge. It looks good. It tastes good too.

This is a go to spot. The Zappa soup is perfect. Salad is always nice. I do recommend checking the salad before eating something there is a crouton hiding. I unfortunately will feel that tiny cross contamination.

The server took our allergies (wheat, dairy, soy protein) very seriously. The kitchen manager came to the table without us asking him to and they made everything perfect. They also have a tablet you can search each item for allergies. Highly recommend! We ordered the gluten free rotini with meat sauce, an Italian sausage, and broccoli.
