Server was knowledgeable about cross contamination and items that were safe! Menu is not well marked outside of denoting gluten free pasta and pizza crust, but servers knew what was safe! Didn’t get sick from Caesar salad, which had to be modified to not include breadcrumbs, and pasta was delicious!

Server and staff were very knowledgeable. They were able to modify an appetizer we wanted and had plenty of gluten free entree options. Great service and excellent food.

They put wheat flour on their gf pizza to slide it in the oven. The manage said if you have a serious issue with gluten, do not eat here

North Italia had so many great gluten free options on the menu! Nothing is marked, but the staff is very knowledgeable and most of the menu items can be made gluten free. My boyfriend and I split a salad, gluten free pizza and gluten free pasta and everything was delicious.

After reading the reviews, I was a little iffy. However, I let the waiter know that I had Celiac and he made sure to speak with the chef. I ordered a Simple Salad. For the dressing I just asked for oil and balsamic. I then ordered Tuna Crudo! The flavors in this dish were so incredible, I ordered a second. It IS an appetizer but I ordered for my main. So So good!! It's hours later and no sickness!! 🙌

So tasty, but so not safe for a celiac. Ate here for dinner on Monday 5/6/2024. Service was great. Talked with the server about my gluten issue. Her assurance and that of the positive reviews led me to order bolognese pasta. Portion suffered from shrinkflation for sure. I am sure that I was glutened here. I had eaten at home for 3 weeks prior and this was the first thing I’d eaten that day. Very tasty and probably safe for gluten preference people but I can’t see why I’d ever go back.
This might be the best gf pizza I have had. The crust was light and crispy. It seemed to be the size of a normal pizza which was appreciated.

Delicious! And creative! Like another comment, I wanted the truffle bread, but gluten free, and they used their GF pizza crust to replicate the dish for me. By far the best GF pizza I've ever had! It's thicker and softer than places like Blaze and Mod and Maddio's. All pasta options on the menu are offered GF, and they'll try to find a way to make other menu items GF if requested. Have already been back! Definitely a new favorite.
