I’ve eaten GF at N&C 100+ times. I’m celiac. I understand the risk. Today I ordered pasta bowl w GF pipette shells and a side mac & cheese w GF pipette shells. Both of them had GF pipette shells but both of them had a different single noodle as well...perhaps an egg noodle? I discovered this late while eating. I probably won’t get sick but that tells me maybe they used a dirty colander or a dirty spoon that had an old noodle on it.

Staff was very friendly and couldn’t ask for a better chicken noodle soup

Was going there about 1x a week and then the crew member “Brian” served my GF ASD child gluten. My child noticed the pasta looked different. I brought it back to the counter and he insisted the macaroni we were served was GF (but only the fusilli and rice noodles apparently are) so my son ate it all 😢what makes this worse is another crew person knew he was telling me misinformation when I came with the macaroni to the counter and he allowed us to be misguided. At a future visit this other person told us that he knew Brian was wrong. Double and triple check your order there as they ring it up, on the receipt (they will charge you $1.50 for gf noodles) and when it’s served. Was compensated only when I spoke to a shift Manager at the more recent visit- with 1 meal- not sure that was enough... could take 6 months to leave my son’s system. He’s been having problems answering questions a lot since (foggy brain?) 😢

Fantastic for gluten-free eats. Lots of options and with allergen friendly staff (I even ordered a certain salad and when my husband picked it up they wanted to let him know they had noticed it was a GF order but a salad dressing I'd requested was not actually GF and would he like to change it...). Lots of international fare. My favorite dishes are the Pad Thai and Bangkok Curry. Yum yum yummy! You can also order online for quick and easy pickup.
My mistake for ordering takeout from here, but they must share pasta water? Regular noodles were mixed into the GF.

When ordering I was ensured cross contamination would be avoided as much as possible. I felt comfortable with the people making my meal. It was fresh and hot

My two teens and I all have to avoid gluten. I am Celiac, my daughter has a full-blown gluten and gliadin allergy, and my son gets flu-like symptoms if he eats gluten. We’ve eaten at other Noodles & Company locations with no problems. So when I placed our order and explained that we needed 3 gluten-free Mac and cheeses with grilled chicken, I assumed the employees would be as cautious as they had been at other locations. I was wrong. Halfway through my son’s meal he noticed regular glutinous noodles mixed in with the “gluten-sensitive pipette” noodles. I took it to the register and showed them. They apologized and remade the dish, but my son had already been glutened and has been sick for several days as a result. Use extreme caution at this location. There is definitely cross contamination going on.

Amazing. I wanted to hey something that I never get here, but what can i say, I had to get the same thing i always do; Pad Thai. Everything here is amazing always. This is my first time at this location, and it was a pretty enjoyable experience, as long as you don't have to use the restroom! U was kind of worried because most Noodles I go, to they usually get like 1 or 2 non gf nodlws mixed in with the gf ones but there were nine this time!

Made exactly as ordered. Yummy and soothing. I have food allergies as well as celiac. They accommodated it all, and I had no reactions.
