We stopped in here after reading the reviews, feeling optimistic. I spoke to several of the servers and none knew anything about what was gluten free or safe for me to eat. The manager came out and also wasn’t completely certain what was safe for me. She was very pleasant and if I wasn’t celiac, I’d definitely give it a try. But we left due to the lack of knowledge and reassurance.

lovely patio. flavors are great. spice chart is a bit off, even the extra extra hot isn't very spicy, definitely taste all the spice levels! great flavors all around. celiac approved

Very moist and flavorful chicken. The sauces are very flavorful and gluten free. Well informed staff.

Hot and spicy flame grilled Portuguese chicken. Yum! Sauces are all gluten free as well! Staff are well informed about gluten free menu items. Was told the fries are not gluten free at this location, but saw reviews from other locations which say they are.

The server was so nice - told me the things that HAVE gluten (superseed crunch, bread, desserts) and also said (without prompting) that he would have the folks change gloves and be extra careful. Most things here are already gluten free.

The menu isn’t marked but the manager spent 5 or 10 minutes walking me through the menu and explaining my options. They do have a separate allergen menu (more like a list with checked boxes) but he knew what was GF and walked me through it. I had a chicken thigh Peri-Peri bowl. The sauce was tasty and addictive. The Portuguese rice was also very tasty and left me craving more. They have a lot of locations so I am sure I will be back during my travels.

I had the chicken bowl without the hummus and a side of fries. I was told it was all gluten free but they were unsure if the hummus had cross contamination, so I opted for no hummus just to be safe. The fries are the only thing that go in the frier, so no cross contamination there. The food was not bad for a quick, easy meal across from my hotel. I did not get sick.

I dined in and had a positive experience the people were very nice and I watched the person who took my order tell the kitchen to be careful with cross contamination. I did not get sick and felt comfortable eating there! I would always say when eating somewhere that has gluten in the kitchen at all be very clear about the severity and ask them to change gloves etc!
