Clearly marked gf on the menu. We really enjoyed the nachos. So many choices and options.

Unsure why the other reviews say the nachos are safe, I was told by my server that the chips are not in a dedicated fryer. He also was very up front about the risk of cross contamination. I ended up with street tacos and he marked my order as celiac. I didn’t get a reaction, but was pretty disappointed at the lack of safe options.

Don’t usually like nachos but they elevated it into a whole meal and had good options

Nachos were absolutely amazing. I had the pork carnitas nachos and they did not disappoint. It’s the next day and no typical symptoms of being glutened!

The main menu is clearly marked on GF options. The staff were really knowledgeable and happy to provide recommendations. There was lots of options and it was really reassuring. Was very comfortable and happy to eat and enjoy the food here. One regular customer added to their list.

On the menu it says they have gluten free nachos but please if you have celiac don’t eat here! They aren’t safe. I paid dearly for trusting the menu

No dedicated fryer. Chips not GF.

I was really excited to try this after reading the reviews, but when I said I have celiacs, they said everything has a high risk of cross contamination and recommended that I not have anything other than the white cheese dip and chips - which was so-so.

Don’t go to the Downtown Vegas location. I was REALLY looking forward to the nachos but when I ordered they said that location has a small kitchen so the chips are cross contaminated. Really bummed and wish I had planned to go to the strip location.

They had a decent variety of GF options, all of their food was well presented and yummy. My parents were over the moon with their burrito and fried ice cream (not gf), my carnitas nachos were quite large, delicious, and filling. I was drooling over their margarita menu and will return to try

Waiter was rude and no knowledge whatsoever about gluten! Over priced, make your own nachos!
Not celiac friendly
Much better than the review in April. I had a great waitress Kayla who worked to guide me through the gf foods available. Enjoyed my meal. Thanks
I was recommended by a local to go here. The menu has a lot of gf on it. But since it's all nachos mostly in a shared fryer none of them were gluten free. I should not have eaten there knowing they think that is gluten free. I of course did not have chips. I had a bowl and rice and beans hoping it would be safe. I was violently ill. I absolutely would not recommend this place
No
All the reviews that say the folks here are attentive & accommodating are right - our waitress asked questions of the kitchen for us, and explained that there is an entire half of the kitchen dedicated to just gluten free prep! Nice!
Unfortunately, there is obviously a knowledge/training gap, as we got told by several staff members that the Vegan Chick’n (recommended by our waitress when the shrimp was not available GF) was GF - this was indicated nowhere on the menu and we pressed and pressed and were told it was fine. Lo and behold what comes out is the gardein seitan chicken. :/
When we pulled up the ingredients online to show this to them everyone was extremely apologetic, the food got taken off our bill and the rest discounted, etc. But it was needlessly stressful and definitely disappointing for a place that “prides themselves on good allergy protocol.”
Food was good! Would probably still recommend, but as always, be aware & advocate for yourself.

The place is a celiacs dream. Very good on cross contamination and new the protocols. Ate there at two of their locations in Vegas. Would love one closer to home. Get the grilled wings. Amazing and thank you.

Ordered off the gf menu and tried to talk to the waiter about cross contamination but they were really dismissive. My breakfast came on a cast iron dish which is a huge red flag. I was sick as soon as I got home and had terrible stomach pain all day. Marking things as gf doesn’t mean they are making them safely.

We placed a catering order and flagged all items as gluten free aside from the churros. We asked for the churros to be boxed separately and noted gluten allergy on all items. I also called the day of to confirm and they had it handled. The food was good and my husband didn’t get sick.
