Unfortunately, this is NOT a place for Celiacs. Pizza is cooked in a wood fire grill, directly on the same stone as the regular pizzas. Don’t do it.

2 different GF crust options!! I like one better than the other, haha but can’t remember if it’s the regular GF or the cauliflower one.... Tons of toppings & completely customizable! I don’t have celiac so I can’t speak for the oven, but each pizza stays on its own pan/paper liner & doesn’t touch the actual oven.
Gluten free pizza was gross! The crust was like cardboard. Plus they cook everything in the same oven! Not worth it!

Thought I would check it out... no dedicated oven and not trained at all on cross contamination... same gloves for both my daughter I my pizza and toppings same sauce rubbed all over gluten crust. So disappointing. I’m the celiac not her thank goodness :(

In general, mod is good for me. I went while it was really slow. They double checked who got what since my partner got something with gluten.

I have never gotten sick here! I do like the cauliflower crust better than the GF crust — that one tastes like cardboard

They have gluten free crust which is good if you are only sensitive to gluten, if your celiac such as myself stay far away from this place, you are 100% guaranteed to have cross contamination!!!! They use shared prep station, and oven not safe at all !!!!
