I ordered the gluten free crust and made sure the cooks changed gloves as it was prepared, but I still got glutened here. Never going back! I believe the person taking the pizza out of the oven may have used the same cutting knife on my pizza, even though it was marked “Allergy.” I’m also not sure how it goes in or out of the oven.

Great pizza they put the crust on it’s own plate and don’t use the pans that gluten has been cooking on.

They have gluten friendly crust but they tell you there’s cross contamination bc the cook on the same surface as other pizzas in oven. N
No
When my husband asked for gluten free, the worker changed her gloves. That was the end of the safety. She set the pizza right on the counter, used the same sauce and ladle as the regular pizza, it went on the same oven surface as all other pizzas. Don't eat here if you're celiac!

In general, mod is good for me. I went while it was really slow. They double checked who got what since my partner got something with gluten.

I have never gotten sick here! I do like the cauliflower crust better than the GF crust — that one tastes like cardboard

They have gluten free crust which is good if you are only sensitive to gluten, if your celiac such as myself stay far away from this place, you are 100% guaranteed to have cross contamination!!!! They use shared prep station, and oven not safe at all !!!!
