I have been going to Mimi Forno for years. I love their gluten free pizza, especially the Salame Piccante. Their gluten free crust is homemade, not the basic Udis. Their pasta is decent as well. However, the upcharge of $5 for gluten free pizza or pasta is a bit annoying.

We were fortunate that our waitress knew to double check the GF pasta dish that had a white sauce. She knew that the sauce is actually thickened with wheat flour. The chef substituted a cream based sauce.
My advice to future diners, double check any white sauce item marked GF.

We went on a busy Wednesday night. Looks like they have a good group of regulars. I had the gluten free pizza. The crust was more soft and chewy. It was a good size for gluten free. I am very sensitive and I had no problems.

All fresh ingredients. Homemade crust is to die for. Best I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying!
