The bowl automatically comes with pita, so just ask for none before you start! There's a marked menu online if you search for "mezeh allergen menu"! I also included that in my review photos. The food is delicious and I didn't have any reaction! I especially love their chicken shwarma and their pickled onions. I have been here several times and have never gotten sick.

This is a counter-service, Mediterranean, build-your-own-bowl eatery. There are many options, and only four of them are not gluten free. You can request an allergen chart prior to creating your meal that makes it very simple to see what to avoid.

Had a delicious CYO bowl with chicken shawarma and many other toppings. All of the toppings are gluten free besides the croutons / tabbouleh. Their menu online lists all of their ingredients and what is/is not gluten free. Make sure to ask for no bread with your meal!
