GF soup was delicious! My salad was good too.

Food was fine. We were hungry after going to the art museum. You can build your own salad or grain bowl. I had no concerns about being glutened as they posted their info on their website. Both myself and two of my kids have celiac. It was good to have something to eat that was safe but wasn’t my favorite build your own salad experience.

I eat at two different Denver locations and have had no problems. The menu is clearly marked and the food is amazing!

Staff was helpful, everything was clearly marked. He used a new scoop and fresh not used ingredients from the back to avoid cross contamination. Tasty!

Delicious (cold) salads made for you Can make your own selections or order a prepared salad (Ty Cobb, Edgar Allen Poe, etc.). Salad dressings are marked GF but prepared selections are not. One server was GF knowledgeable; the other was not.

This place is so good! We go 2-3 times a month. It was the first place I went after getting diagnosed.
All the seasonings and dressings are clearly labeled, and there’s SO MANY gluten free options. Very few items along the line even have gluten, so there’s very little risk of cross contamination. The staff is great about taking precautions. The southwestern Caesar is my husband’s favorite, and I alternate between the Pomona and Edgar Allen Poe. The dressing is so addictive that I had to get some for my house.
