If you tell your server you are celiac, they will make a note of it and mark your order. I felt very safe eating there. There is a list of their gluten free items online as well!

I have VERY severe celiac disease so I don’t eat out much, but my spouse decided to take me on a date night so we tried here based on hunger and the other reviews! Our waitress (Hanna) was so helpful and understanding! I also can’t have dairy (and don’t eat meat) and she was like “girl I got you!” I explained I have a “gluten allergy” and she knew exactly what I was talking about, and answered any questions I had. I made sure to do my du diligence and look at the allergy menu online before arriving at the restaurant so I was clear on what I wanted. Allergens of any kind are not listed on the menu. I ordered a plain corn on the cob, plain baked potato, steamed asparagus, and the strawberry pecan salad w/o feta… all of which were gf and df. Everything was seasoned well despite being labeled as “plain”! My spouse doesn’t have Celiac but ordered the plain corn, mashed potatoes, and 12 piece shrimp that came with steamed rice (all happen to be on the gf list as well) and he really enjoyed them! There’s quite a few options if you do or don’t eat meat, but it’s nice to have a place both my spouse and I have options and can enjoy! It’s about 2 hours after my meal and I still feel fine (normally would have a reaction by now)! They even have on your receipt that you have an allergy which is nice! Will go to this location again!

I've been a couple of times and the staff is careful to ask management and kitchen about any questions I have. You can have basics like steak and shrimp. I was especially excited that I could have soup so I didn't feel left out when people at my table ate bread and appetizers.

My server Hannah was very knowledgeable about celiac disease. Their gluten sensitive menu has some discrepancies on it and some recommendations that seem risky. But, my server spoke with the manager to make sure my order would be safe. She recommended that I leave off the dry seasoning because they could not guarantee what was in it. My meal was great and I feel fine so far.
Yes
They have a list; but every time I’ve eaten there I’ve gotten sick. Maybe a spice or marinade / cross contamination. Not recommended for celiacs
No
Staff did not seem very familiar with gluten free options
Longhorn has a GF and allergy list menus, however a lot of it hasn't been updated to included newer items as well as seasonal specials. Many of the meat items are ok without the basting. I have had servers here that are very attentive about the gf and others that have the deer in the headlight look. Managers are very quick to make sure everything is ok so if you're worried always get a manager involved. Many options available for food sensitivities. Do not order any rice!!!

Glutenfree menu with lots of possibilities. Armosphere is good. Wild west interior. The food is delicious. Big plates!! All seems well organised

Went for Mother’s Day. I had already looked at the GF menu online, however they had the Mexican roasted corn that looked so good. The server said she would go back and check for me. They were able to make it without the spices/crumble on top to keep it gluten free. Had a great meal and didn’t get sick.

Had a a great dinner! Our waiter was very responsive, said the kitchen is knowledgeable about gluten free/allergies, and brought us a big bound allergen menu book. Loved the Outback Ribeye and Flo's Filet & Lobster Tail, no sides. Cooked exactly right and served with extra butter like we asked. We are both sensitive Celiacs and worry about chains & cross containation, but we were fine! Great place for our keto and carnivore friends. Just ask for extra butter :)

This is a frequent lunch spot when visiting Costco. My go-to is usually a burger without a bun (they do offer GF buns) and either a baked potato or sweet potato. Steak and salads are also easy options.

They have a gluten free menu that also includes other allergies. The waitress was very helpful and I had the strawberry chicken salad. It was very good.
Returned on the way to St. Augustine. Had the same thing and it was good.
