Wife and I decided to stop by after seeing all the reviews. I'm gluten free and she's dairy free. We decided to split the octopus appetizer which was good. I will stay the olives and sauce brought out the fishiness of the octopus so I ended up eating all the octopus and she had the rest. We split a 4 stagioni w/o cheese (they have vegan cheese, but wife generally doesn't like them so decided not to risk it). It was so good. It was so well balanced. It is one of, if not the best gluten free pizzas I've ever had. Also had the homemade pistachio gelato. I loved that it wasn't overly sweet. It had an eggy custardness too it.
We decided to go back for lunch the next day and each of us got our own pizza. I got the salame & bell peppers (w/ cheese). A nice light taste and still super well balanced.
It was nice that we got to sit next too the oven the second visit so I got to watch them prep it and cook it (wiped down counter before and after placing the aluminum foil that they prepped and cooked the pizza on. No symptoms after either trip.
