There are only a few things on the menu, like the molé and the fish tacos, that contain gluten, and they are careful about contamination. I request to have the dairy left off when I order, and they have always been very careful. I have eaten here many times with no reaction. The food and drinks are excellent, too!

Discovered this little gem of restaurant in the Ballard area. The servers are very good in checking and making sure food is gluten free. Their mole sauce does have flour in it. The food was delicious and there was no reaction. I will come back here again.

Most of the items on the menu are gluten free - corn based. The staff is very nice and will confirm with the chefs that the items are gluten free. I've ordered a few things before, my favorite is the Carne Asada Plato basically a make your own taco plate.

The waitstaff says there is no wheat at all in the kitchen. I’ve had the tomatadas twice now, and I recommend them! Today I had the tortilla chips, fried in-house, and they were also safe.
