There’s no way to avoid cross contamination here. Even with glove changes. The people cutting the bread are also touching the meat and toppings so there’s no way this is safe for celiac. Bread crumbs all over every surface.

Gluten free subs are great! Just have to add extra oil/vinegar because the bread is a bit dry. But a greasy tasting sub and no negative reactions.

I have been CRAVING a sub since going GF a couple months ago. I'm always nervous about GF breads not having the right texture.. but Jersey Mike's nailed it! Absolutely delicious and the regular size is enough for 2 meals! Will definitely be returning!

I’ve eaten at other jersey mikes and have gotten really sick. This location goes above and beyond to make sure everything is safe. Nothing comes off of the bar. It’s the only Location I will eat at anymore.

The best experience I’ve had in Christiansburg since being diagnosed. The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They took the time to wipe down equipment and change gloves. 10:/10 would recommend this location!!!
