Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Very knowledgeable about gluten-free and cross contamination. With fresh gloves, they thoroughly clean the counter and slicing machine while you watch and prepare the sub while you watch. I feel completely safe with their product. My wife (a non-celiac) and I both rate the food quality and taste very high. We take their subs home about once a week. There are a few tables for dining in, but the store is oriented to carry-out. The staff is very customer-oriented. I recommend Jersey Mike's to celiacs.
