They do have pretty good gluten free bread for the sandwiches and some good gluten free chips. Great salad bar with lots of options! Some of the salad bar is organic too which is great! Only thing is, they usually always mess up the order at this location.

I give this place credit for giving full disclosure that they cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination. With that said I have always had a good experience at our Katy Jason's and never have come away glutened by cross-contamination. Lots of options to choose from and their gluten free bread is excellent. Even the soft serve ice cream is gluten free. Remember to ask for the gf menu as it is not in plain view.

Have had a few sandwiches on their gluten free bread. Love the Chewy Marshmallow Treat!

Had lunch there today, ordered the CB Ranch Potato. Ask them to change gloves because of gluten allergy. I have celiac and a wheat allergy. Meal arrives in a to-go container with a gluten label, with the store disclaimer about only being gluten sensitive. I was ok during the meal, but was feeling very sick by the time we left. I would not recommend for anyone who is Celiac which the restaurant does state.

While their gluten-free bread is not the best, they take special care when preparing GF sandwiches. They have separate gloves, cutting board, and knives to use for my sandwich. It's actually pretty cool to see. They do have a gluten-free menu as well.
