Had a double burger without the bun with fries, had no reaction checked the nutritional and dietary requirements of the food and the beef burgers are 100% beef and the fries are just potatoes and cooked in Sunflower oil

Im a sensitive celiac, so the only thing I ever trust are the milkshakes and fries. I don’t even bother asking about the cross contamination with those items because they are handled separately from the gluten. I used to get the burgers, but I’ve had one too many reactions, even with protein style.

Order "protein style" to get it wrapped in lettuce
Always a great place to hold you over because fryers only fry the potatoes. I get 2 patties to even further reduce chances of cross contamination, and then fries and shake. I’ve never had a reaction :)

Everything is gluten free except the bun, so you can just order it protein style to get it as a lettuce wrap! The lettuce is super crisp and fresh so totally worth it!

Everything is gf except the bun! Make sure you tell them about your allergy and ask for the spread on the side of your burger, as I watched and they spread the sauce with a knife on the buns then put it back in a shared sauce container. My food was great and didn’t feel sick at all!

Fryer is only for fries. They change gloves and mark the ticket as an allergy. No gf bun. They have a lettuce wrap.

Cooked patties and buns in same surface. Had reaction.

The staff understood straight away when I explained that my daughter was coeliac and labelled both her burger and fries order as gluten free. The In N Out chain was our go to throughout our tour of California. It’s much tastier than other burger chains!

The staff was knolagable and made sure I would be taken care of. The fries have a dedicated fryer, and they made me a protein burger (lettuce instead of bun). It was delicious!!

Delicious burger "protein style" & fries!
I ordered fries and double cheeseburger protein style which means lettuce wrapped instead of bun. I had no issues. Burger was one of the best I've ever had. Fries sucked.
Just don't get the bun with your hamburger.

Major fail! The person talking our order explained the protocols that were in place to keep my fries gf. As I watched the workers prepare our order, I realized none of the steps that none of the steps were being taken. I questioned the employee who handed us our food, and she had a different answer than what I was given when ordering. As we were discussing this, I happened to look down at our order. My "gf/allergy" fries were in the same bag as my husband's half-wrapped burger.

Be careful ordering here. I have witnessed them use the same knife to spread ‘spread’ on buns and then on my gluten allergy marked animal fries. My go to order here is Flying Dutchman and a fry, with spread packets on the side and haven’t been sick ordering this way.

🌾🚫 Gluten Free Items: Protein style (wrapped in lettuce) cheeseburgers and double doubles. Fries and shakes are also gluten free!
✴ Prior to ordering, let them know you have a gluten free order. I usually tell them
“gluten allergy” and they put an allergy alert on the order as well as a verbal notification to the back. If you don’t mention “allergy” you’re subject to cross contamination.
They will cook the patty on a new and/or cleaned surface to avoid cross contamination. When any gluten free or other allergy order is made, they will note it on your order and also verbally tell the kitchen.
🐶 In-N-Out locations have outdoor seating that are dog friendly. Unsalted and plain “Pup Patties” are available for $1.05 each!
