Owners are soooo nice! They cooked the Mac and cheese in a separate area, and told us they took precautions for gluten free. They were a really friendly family and the food, both gluten and gluten free, was great!

Excellent restaurant. Items listed. Careful, safe, variety. Lots of different options plus other items that are not Mac n cheese. Only tried the Mac n cheese but it was very good. Highly recommend!

I went to this establishment for lunch earlier today seeing that they had gluten free options, however I am very disappointed with the service provided as well as the meal provided. For reference, I have celiac which is a very serious autoimmune issue, not just an allergy.
First, the workers that were helping us (two blondes, I didn’t catch their names) did not have an understanding of a gluten allergy and were not accommodating nor helpful when looking at the menu. They didn’t even know that their main cheese sauce had gluten in it (I had to look up their nutritional menu and show them). The girl taking my order was in fact pushing me to get the regular sauce, and I decided to double check their nutritional menu and saw that, in fact, it did have gluten. It wasn’t even labeled as “may contain” and just straight up indicated that there was gluten.
Second, when the meal was given to us, after eating half of it I discovered that there were breadcrumbs in it. These breadcrumbs were not gluten free, and while I may not have had a lot of these breadcrumbs, even the slightest bit of cross contamination gets me sick. And to add to that, I did eat some, so this is not just a case of cross contamination. Already typing this, I am starting to not feel well and will likely be seriously ill the rest of the day.
This establishment is not celiac friendly for those that have it, and I would highly recommend against going. Noodles & Company in Lake Mary has good gluten free options and I have not gotten sick there in recent years.

As far as GF options go, there are few options. If you go for the Mac N Cheese, like we did, the cheese sauce is thickened with flour, so not GF and the other options aren’t what we were looking for in a Mac N Cheese. The GF noodles were crunchy. We went in excited to try a new place and were let down. They do offer GF bread for a grilled cheese, however, we did not try that.

The food here was quick and easy to order. They have several options that allow different lifestyles to enjoy eating here. Gluten-free friendly! Food was decent not crazy good, it is a place I would stop again.

This is the best gf mac and cheese I’ve ever gotten. I got the Buffalo chicken mac and cheese with grilled chicken and added pickles and jalapeños. It was so good I was nervous I got regular noodles. I had no reaction and it was super fast.

If you are sensitive at all to cross contamination, I would personally not recommend this to you. It’s a buffet style set up and when we asked they could not tell us which toppings were GF.
It looks delicious and if you aren’t GF it’s probably a great spot though.
