The “bread” mentioned in another post is actually gluten free cheesy Brazilian rolls. Almost everything with a few exceptions, is gluten free. They have a book containing all allergens, it’s not hard to navigate. The food is amazing. Another post is inaccurate about gluten filled deserts, as they are not prepared in the same kitchen. It’s one of my favorite places.

As a celiac, I would be very careful of this restaurant. The staff is NOT knowledgeable about what is in the food. However there is a giant book of allergens you can ask for. I did my best, but it is hard to consult the book with everything in real time and there is gluten bread made on site as well as almost all of the desserts which have gluten. Additionally, almost all of the bar food contains gluten. Be wary of anything fried.

Had a solid experience here. They gave me an allergy printout (like 5 pages) indicating any allergen ingredients in every food (including all sauces and dressings) served. That was very helpful! The cheesy bread they give you is still GF, made with tapioca flour, and sooo good…and all meats are still GF except the chicken and the sausage…three different servers reiterated this for me. So I was able to eat lots of delicious things with no issue at all. Also, the manager came out when he saw I had the allergen materials on the table and double checked that I felt very informed and had no issues, which I really appreciated. I heard before I went that the polenta sticks are not fried in a dedicated fryer, so I did not eat those. The food was all delicious and you get a lot for the price. It was very busy and a bit chaotic to get seated even with a reservation, but worth it, just don’t go when you’re on a timeline. Definitely recommend.

The staff was knowledgeable about what was gluten-free. They had a large salad bar. There was bread but it was on a separate area where the rice and beans were. All the rotisserie meats were gluten-free except for the chicken legs and the sausages. I was told the sausages were made offsite and did not have any gluten ingredients but they couldn’t guarantee it so I did not have any just in case. I have not had any ill effects after 14 hours so I don’t think I got cross contaminated! I plan to take my dad here for his birthday in May
Staff was helpful in showing me what was not safe. Fried chicken legs and the sausages were the only meats I had to stay away from.
Yes
Everything was soooo good! The marinated chicken contains gluten as well as the lava cake. The other meats AND the bread on the table are all gluten free!
I was super impressed! I made a reservation online and mentioned my celiac disease and my other food allergies. Within 24 hours of making the reservation I received an email with a full allergen list for my reference. When I arrived the manager came over and brought the list and went through every item they serve to ensure I knew exactly what I could and couldn’t eat. They even offered to prepare special items to meet my needs. It was an amazing experience and excellent food!!!
Yes
amazing food... ! my wife has Celiac's and there were only 2 things she couldn't have.. chicken and sausage. definitely recommend !!!
Great food and I did not get glutened from the meat or salad bar. Servers were knowledge. However, service was variable and we felt ignored sometimes. Especially for how much we paid. Will go back again hoping for a better experience. We went to the one in Las Vegas and they were amazing! Polenta fries were great and love the gf rolls!
I so wish I could give this restaurant a higher score. The food was delicious! But unfortunately, I still got glutened. They have a salad bar, which I was very careful not to get any dressings or gluten containing items. They have cheese rolls that are gluten free, which was very exciting. They continuously bring different kinds of meat to your table, which is awesome! But some of the meats are braised in beer. There is a big risk of cross contamination. I told the server about my celiac and he didn't seem incredibly knowledgeable about what items contained gluten. Other locations say they send a manager over to talk the customer through items to avoid that contain gluten. This location did not send the manager over. The meat was very good, but I will not be back due to cross contamination.
No
Servers were familiar with gluten and provided me with a gf menu! Most items are gluten free and the entire salad/market bar is gluten free. I also got a crème brûlée that was phenomenal. Everything was so tasty and the staff was very friendly!

All meats are gluten free! There is a separate bar with salads and other appetizer type foods, majority is gluten free. I suggest asking for a copy of the allergy list which is very comprehensive, not only gluten containing foods are listed but a number of other allergens. The food was very tasty! Highly recommended by a sensitive Celiac.

Mostly everything here was gluten free. I was hesitant at first and took some precautions, but everything was great. If you haven’t eaten this style before, they come around to your table with a slab of meat and slice off a portion if you want to try it.
There are several meats that are not gluten free, but there were more than enough options without it. Editing to add, I returned in May 2024 and pretty much everything was gluten free now! Ask for the allergy list as soon as you are seated.
I was skeptical of the buffet, but [at least on the night I was there] almost everything on the table was gluten free. I stood there and watched it for 5 minutes before deciding it was worth it to check out a couple items.
***added a star back because last time I went the staff was knowledgeable and helpful**
Taking off a star for safety due to the waitstaff; somewhat knowledgeable, but also apathetic and not willing to get answers very quickly (like 30 minutes into the meal when everyone else was already eating). My primary complaint was the servers — one was a little weird encouraging us to drink and drive (we did not, of course), and one just did not help at all. We went somewhat close to the opening and seemed like a decent amount of turnover with the waitstaff, so perhaps it was a logistical issue and has since improved. I had a vegetarian friend who went and found plenty to eat to hang with her family, but I’m not sure I would recommend that for the price point. I did not get sick, and was very full :)

Always a yummy delicious time at Fogo! You can look online for a paper allergen menu of what has gluten and what doesn't but most things don't! Came here because we needed a quick safe GF bite and I felt comfortable. Delicious meats as always and getting the bread bites is the best part of the meal. I probably had 3 baskets alone. Staff is knowledgeable and can help you navigate the choices of meats.

A meat lover Celiac's dream. The traveling meat is all gf and most of the salad bar is as well. The table bread is Pao which is naturally gf, as are the croutons at the salad bar.
The service is still getting their feet under them so patience may be required.
