Loved having the gf bread on the table! I was provided a list of allergens to give me guidance.❤

We had an INCREDIBLE experience. I recommend going earlier in the dinner seating so it is not as busy. The food was constantly flowing and we got great support around GF options. Almost everything was gluten free except for the chicken wings and bread on the salad bar. The cheese bread served to the table is gluten free and truly amazing. Highly recommend. We felt very safe.

Not only was the food excellent, but they were very aware of celiac and did a great job. By the way first restaurant we have ever been that the bread on the table was already GF.

Mostly everything is gluten free minus some of the side dishes at the salad bar. Live the cheesy rolls, fried polenta, and carmalized bananas along with the meats! Very yummy and I didn't get sick at all! Double score!

Ate here, food was meh aside from the meat. Sides came out cold and were nothing to write home about. That aside, I didn't get sick. but the waiter far from instilled confidence in me on what I could eat. I wouldn't go back honestly.

So delicious. Everything on the bar is gluten free except bread. They had candied bacon, olives, cheese, tomatoes, salad, grilled veggies, etc. They brought to the table fried bananas, fried polenta, mashed potatoes, and the BEST EVER gf rolls. They said the chicken drumsticks were marinated in beer and they were touching the sausage so those were not safe. But the bacon-wrapped chicken and filet mignon were amazing.

Best ever tasting gf rolls, but something glutened me. The staff said stay away from chicken, sausage and bread at salad bar. I ate only meats, cheese and 1 bite of the gf roll. I suspect a spice rub had wheat. I was very clear expressing my needs, but was Still cross contaminated somehow... Too bad
No
best tapioca flour buns ever. almost everything offered is gluten-free.

Servers were familiar with gluten and provided me with a gf menu! Most items are gluten free and the entire salad/market bar is gluten free. I also got a crème brûlée that was phenomenal. Everything was so tasty and the staff was very friendly!

All meats are gluten free! There is a separate bar with salads and other appetizer type foods, majority is gluten free. I suggest asking for a copy of the allergy list which is very comprehensive, not only gluten containing foods are listed but a number of other allergens. The food was very tasty! Highly recommended by a sensitive Celiac.

Mostly everything here was gluten free. I was hesitant at first and took some precautions, but everything was great. If you haven’t eaten this style before, they come around to your table with a slab of meat and slice off a portion if you want to try it.
There are several meats that are not gluten free, but there were more than enough options without it. Editing to add, I returned in May 2024 and pretty much everything was gluten free now! Ask for the allergy list as soon as you are seated.
I was skeptical of the buffet, but [at least on the night I was there] almost everything on the table was gluten free. I stood there and watched it for 5 minutes before deciding it was worth it to check out a couple items.
***added a star back because last time I went the staff was knowledgeable and helpful**
Taking off a star for safety due to the waitstaff; somewhat knowledgeable, but also apathetic and not willing to get answers very quickly (like 30 minutes into the meal when everyone else was already eating). My primary complaint was the servers — one was a little weird encouraging us to drink and drive (we did not, of course), and one just did not help at all. We went somewhat close to the opening and seemed like a decent amount of turnover with the waitstaff, so perhaps it was a logistical issue and has since improved. I had a vegetarian friend who went and found plenty to eat to hang with her family, but I’m not sure I would recommend that for the price point. I did not get sick, and was very full :)

Always a yummy delicious time at Fogo! You can look online for a paper allergen menu of what has gluten and what doesn't but most things don't! Came here because we needed a quick safe GF bite and I felt comfortable. Delicious meats as always and getting the bread bites is the best part of the meal. I probably had 3 baskets alone. Staff is knowledgeable and can help you navigate the choices of meats.

A meat lover Celiac's dream. The traveling meat is all gf and most of the salad bar is as well. The table bread is Pao which is naturally gf, as are the croutons at the salad bar.
The service is still getting their feet under them so patience may be required.
