Felt very safe eating here. Staff knowledgeable and informed me the only things containing gluten was the bread near the salad bar and the fried plantains (as well as some desserts). The Brazilian cheese bread was gluten free and so delicious! I will not hesitate to return.

Excellent food. Almost everything is gluten free including Brazilian cheese bread. Only thing to avoid is Italian bread (which is separate away from the salad bar) and one of the chicken meats.

They always know what is safe and what is not (and it's no trouble to ask), and we've never had an issue with cross-contamination. Majority of the food is GF. Great service, delicious food. I'm vegetarian and I don't mind at all when carnivore DH wants to go here - the "salad" bar is to die for.

The food was amazing! Go hungry because you will be stuffed by the time you leave!

I went last night for the first time. when I asked if they are gluten free, she said mostly. And told me a few things. She said she would send a manager out to give me a more complete list. so I waited. after about 5 min I decided I could figure it out. after I finished my first plate the manager comes over to let me know that they are 95% gluten free! unfortunately I ate one of the items that are not. that's my luck. I think if the waitress would have known, or the manager had come sooner... but just so you know. don't eat the Cesar salad dressing. ugh
After the explanation from the host I thought I was safe with the meat here. One of the chickens available was soaked in beer. Had a sinus headache that night and for a few days following. So, just be proactive in asking about every thing you put on your plate.
Other than that, was a delicious meal.
Went above and beyond to make sure I was informed what was safe to eat and what wasn't - highly recommend!!

As always, this place never fails you....the GF rolls are delicious and they will let you know which meats you can't eat.

I could make a meal of just the bread at Fogo de Chao. I think next time I go I will just get the amazingly huge salad bar to leave more room for bread! Make sure you tell the waiter that you are gf because 2 of the meats contain gluten (a sausage & something else cooked in beer - those two skewers come around together though) & they will alert the runner of those meats not to give it to you.
Pricey but worth it for a special occasion. The salad bar is not just a salad bar, there are so many choices! The meats are outstanding. The real treat for me is being able to eat the bread....gluten free cheese bread. It's awesome!
Amazing selection and those tapioca cheese bread things are addictive!
Servers were familiar with gluten and provided me with a gf menu! Most items are gluten free and the entire salad/market bar is gluten free. I also got a crème brûlée that was phenomenal. Everything was so tasty and the staff was very friendly!

All meats are gluten free! There is a separate bar with salads and other appetizer type foods, majority is gluten free. I suggest asking for a copy of the allergy list which is very comprehensive, not only gluten containing foods are listed but a number of other allergens. The food was very tasty! Highly recommended by a sensitive Celiac.

Mostly everything here was gluten free. I was hesitant at first and took some precautions, but everything was great. If you haven’t eaten this style before, they come around to your table with a slab of meat and slice off a portion if you want to try it.
There are several meats that are not gluten free, but there were more than enough options without it. Editing to add, I returned in May 2024 and pretty much everything was gluten free now! Ask for the allergy list as soon as you are seated.
I was skeptical of the buffet, but [at least on the night I was there] almost everything on the table was gluten free. I stood there and watched it for 5 minutes before deciding it was worth it to check out a couple items.
***added a star back because last time I went the staff was knowledgeable and helpful**
Taking off a star for safety due to the waitstaff; somewhat knowledgeable, but also apathetic and not willing to get answers very quickly (like 30 minutes into the meal when everyone else was already eating). My primary complaint was the servers — one was a little weird encouraging us to drink and drive (we did not, of course), and one just did not help at all. We went somewhat close to the opening and seemed like a decent amount of turnover with the waitstaff, so perhaps it was a logistical issue and has since improved. I had a vegetarian friend who went and found plenty to eat to hang with her family, but I’m not sure I would recommend that for the price point. I did not get sick, and was very full :)

Always a yummy delicious time at Fogo! You can look online for a paper allergen menu of what has gluten and what doesn't but most things don't! Came here because we needed a quick safe GF bite and I felt comfortable. Delicious meats as always and getting the bread bites is the best part of the meal. I probably had 3 baskets alone. Staff is knowledgeable and can help you navigate the choices of meats.

A meat lover Celiac's dream. The traveling meat is all gf and most of the salad bar is as well. The table bread is Pao which is naturally gf, as are the croutons at the salad bar.
The service is still getting their feet under them so patience may be required.
